Pullman New Delhi Aerocity- International Airport

The Pullman property itself boasts of beautiful architecture and design and there can be no denying of its beauty. The staff were absolutely incredible and attentive. The communication was fantastic for everything from checkout to breakfast to room service and other facilities. We felt welcomed in the true sense of the word. The vibe and ambience was cozy and eclectic. We enjoyed the beautiful spread at the buffet breakfast and the edgy architecture in the chill out space.

As great as my stay was, there were a many drawbacks that must be addressed. I understand the hierarchy of rooms and suites but due diligence must be done for the deluxe rooms as well. The sliding door/panel to my bathroom was broken. The shower head needs more pressure and it had to be cleaned up. The lights were dusted as well. The customers must not feel out in any way. From the door knob to the menu card, everything must remain spotless. It is only then you can truly uphold your reputation of a 5 star hotel. Regards

Very comfortable room, big tub, the staff was very helpful including preparing a boxed breakfast for my early departure. Pool was excellent, very clean. Nice artwork. The club level had great snacks and drinks in the evening!

Only two comments - the airport transportation is really really overpriced for the 6 min drive. I paid less than half of that for a taxi to go all the way across Delhi in a 45 minute drive. Also it should have been included with the club room but really it should be half the price for all guests. That just felt like a rip off. Also for the staff in the club lounge - I got different treatment as a single female and had to repeatedly go up to the counter to order a drink while they were coming around to take orders from the single men or families. I know this is a cultural thing in India since I spent 3 weeks there, but in a western hotel that charges western rates, I expect better. This is the main reason I am giving 9 rather than 10 rating.

It was one of the best stayed ever, definitely the best hotel we stayed in India. if I have to compliment every part of our day, I would have to prepare an essay. Starting from beautiful rooms, clean and kindness of cleaning team and room service. Although airport is very close by there was no noises and we could sleep calmly. amazing service on the breakfast and lunch. For both of this meal options huge choice of literally any cuisine you can imagine. Although me and my husband have completely different likes when it comes to the food we could easily find options for us. Just to mention you can find European food Asian food like Thai or Chinese of course Indian, great deserts, good coffee. service on breakfast and lunch was exquisite all employees, always with a smile on their face, providing the best possible advisory and very quick service (we praise Dilip especially). Reception service was great concierge services and conference venue where we have attended at one of the event events. We will definitely return!

My recent stay at the Pullman Hotel in Delhi was an experience that went beyond my expectations, making it a memorable part of my travels. Right from the onset, the hotel exudes a sense of luxury combined with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that resonates throughout the premises. The standout feature of the Pullman Hotel has to be its concierge services, notably led by Rajiv Jhurani and Ravi Raushan. Their dedication to providing top-notch service was evident in every interaction. They always greeted me with a warm smile and were more than happy to go the extra mile in ensuring my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their suggestions for local attractions and dining were spot-on, enhancing my experience in Delhi. This level of service from Rajiv and Ravi was, without a doubt, one of the best concierge services I have experienced in my travels. The food and service at the hotel deserve a special mention, especially the buffet. Each meal was a culinary delight, featuring a wide variety of dishes that catered to all tastes. The attention to detail and the quality of service in the dining area were impeccable, making each dining experience a pleasure. The rooms at the Pullman Hotel provided a great blend of comfort and luxury. They were well-appointed, spacious, and had all the amenities one could ask for. Even though the pool was closed for renovation during my stay, the hotel staff made commendable efforts to arrange alternative arrangements. The communication regarding this was clear and thoughtful, conveyed both in person and through a letter. The bar at the hotel was another highlight. It offered a great selection of drinks in a relaxed yet sophisticated setting, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing or business meetings. Additionally, the Club Lounge was a sanctuary for me to get some work done, with its quiet ambiance and excellent facilities. Sometimes things get lost in the cracks - eg order a coffee and it might not come, or the bar staff don't actively come up to you. But that's not a big deal as you can just flag someone down!

We booked into the Pullman last minute on the day we arrived into Delhi after a horrible experience at another hotel. It was a God send compared to where we were coming from. Staff were polite and attentive. It's a bit dimly lit but I think that's just the vibe and aesthetic. Very close to the airport and even though we didn't get to use them they seemed to have good facilities. I'd definitely recommend it. We also had room service dinner here and it was pricey but delicious!

The only thing is breakfast is confusing (at least to us.) It was a mix of buffet and table service. Some things had to be ordered but this wasn't explained to us!

Deluxe room was quite spacious, and decoration in the room was a cut above some of the other hotels in Aerocity. The bath was enormous and very luxurious. Bed was large and very comfortable. Wifi was strong and continuous. No cutouts. Breakfast was very good with a very wide range of food and other items available on request: such as baked beans and plain curd. Location, of course, is good. Easy access to Vasant Kunj shopping area with only a 20 minute taxi ride.

Bathroom floor is slippery when wet. Both wife and I slipped while getting something from outside the shower. Complimentary drinking water bottles were somewhat difficult to open, but room service promptly changed them. No major issues.

Great stylish rooms. Best breakfast and dinner buffet. Rooms are quiet, soundproofing fairly working, however it is Central aircon, room temperature stays at 23 degrees, even if you press lower degrees.

Avoid at any cost Saturday and Sunday. Hotel is like a fun park for Indian families and business conferences. Swimming pool overcrowding with local guests taking bath in their full clothes, is not hygienic. Check in was horrible like at a supermarket counter waiting lines. They don’t care your room preferences however they always ask you before arrival. Is useless. After coming a few times they still don’t have in file that I want non smoking room. Reception is 100 percent unpleasant. Staff unfriendly and unprofessional at check in. Room was not ready at 3 pm and had to wait in the lobby with loud music as they had their usual weekend Asian brunch buffet. It is definetly not a peaceful airport stopover. Once you finally get a room, it can only get better.

The hotel has greatly improved attention to details and quality of care that was somewhat lacking during previous stays. Airport pickup was seamless and check in was smooth. There was zero delay in delivery of luggage to my room and I was met with a beautiful floral welcome sign made with real flowers displayed on the bed. The temperature in the room was not too cold and the bed was extremely comfortable. I particularly appreciated the quality of the towels and even the slippers were extra comfy - an upgrade on similar hotels in Aerocity. Other details I loved were: clear and simple list of TV channels, the fresh smell of the moisturizing lotion and shower gel, the simplicity of the lighting system and the hot water in the shower was really hot. I really appreciated the free late checkout since I arrived in the middle of the night and needed to sleep late. I noticed an increased presence of female staff - from the security guards to the receptionist and the room cleaning service. I wondered whether this might account for the excellent attention to details, and this was confirmed at reception by the lovely Kushboo, who is responsible for improving the guest experience. Due to the success of this visit, I will be switching my allegiance over to the Pullman for all future visits to the city.

Nothing, it was excellent. Only one small detail: the chain on the inside of the door for security was broken, but the internal locking mechanism worked, so i wan't too worried.

This hotel was fantastic. The staff is amazing and really makes you feel welcome, the room was just fantastic, very big and spacious with a nice bath tub as well. The bed was really comfortable and there’s even a “pillow menu” so you can ask for the type of pillow that’s you like best. The breakfast was unbelievable there was every kind of imaginable food, omelettes pancakes and waffles made on order, continental breakfast, Asian and Indian breakfast. The dessert section was super wide and with so much choice.

This hotel is incredibly luxurious and worth every penny of the cost. The rooms are really quite amazing, perfectly designed and with every modern comfort you would want. The bathrooms are spectacular - well worth relaxing and unwinding in a big tub. Would highly recommend checking out the bar and restaurants as well - these have a great atmosphere and the staff are very attentive. This hotel is busy 24/7 being so great and being in Aerocity. This was not a problem for us but please expect the lobby and amenities to be busy at all times!
