JW Marriott Hotel New Delhi Aerocity

I have stayed only one night and haven't tried the breakfast, so my experience is limited. The hotel is nice and the Aerocity complex was really impressive, although one has to rent a car/driver to navigate to the city. The room was large and comfy, and I was very satisfied with the room service: dinner was delivered quickly despite the time (around midnight) and the overall quality was high.

The check-in procedures are excessively long: it took easily 15 minutes to complete, and we needed to exchange money to pay our fare from the airport. Also, the currency rate was ridicously low.

Everything was exceptional starting from the airport transfer the moment we arrived, until our departure. The attentiveness and responsiveness of the staff must really be commended. The room was generously sized and comfortable - we could rest well after our long flight. The breakfast was superb. The restaurant went out of it's way to prepare baby food for our daughter, and even cleaned the feeding bottles and utensils of our baby, which we really appreciate.

Nothing in particular. Just that the bathroom could do with a few more options to hang towels and clothes.

The cleanliness of our room and the upkeep of the Hotel itself is great! Tasty restaurants available on site, good amenities.

-The night or grave yard shift front desk personnel (not any other personnel), were rude, unhelpful and need better training in hospitality. -Lots of additional taxes on in room dining which we were not made aware of beforehand. -one of the adjacent hotels has a 24 hr lounge which plays very loud music well into the am hours so not pleasant if trying to sleep. The level of noise gets pretty loud from inside the room and we complained but the Marriott staff night staff was unable to do anything as they replied it was not them causing the noise.

After getting bit disappointed by reception staff behaviour on the other hand we got such a lovely hospitality at JW Marriott K3 restaurant. Here,we would like to say special thanks to K3 restaurant’s staff member Mr.Anuj and his team for making our day by showing top hospitality at the time of dinner on 14Aug and breakfast on busiest morning of 15Aug. Mr. Anuj was looking after each and every guest in such an enthusiastic way we felt so special,he took proper care of everything both days at the busiest time of dinner and breakfast. Food and hospitality at K3 restaurant and staff was brilliant. Thanks to JW Marriott’s Mr. Anuj at K3 restaurant for bringing smile on our faces with his top hospitality.

We had two days stay at JW Marriott aerocity. Room was decent twin deluxe room. We felt disappointed by front desk reception staff. The front desk reception staff lacked basic etiquette. It’s not one time but it happened both at time of check in and check out procedure. The reception staff don’t have etiquette how to greet their guests,staff at reception more busy in chatting to each other. In our opinion the whole front desk reception staff need some more training how to greet their guests in a proper manner.

Location near the airport, nice design, big queen beds, spacious bathroom. Airport transfers efficient in good cars with WiFi.

Dark room and bathroom, faulty bedside plug. Third bed was not already in the room when we arrived at midnight, although housekeeping showed up a few minutes after we reached the room. Also suitcases took a while to come up to the room. For some reason I had to give my payment details again before arrival, due to a problem with the card. As I was travelling, I was concerned that they would cancel the booking by the time I could communicate.

The room is large, the staff very very kind and willing to go the extra mile for you. Very comfortable beds - it is located very close to shops and restaurants of Aerocity which is a must visit - good bars, shops and restaurants. We didn’t go in the pool but it looked excellent as well. Breakfast is unbelievable! So many tasty dishes to choose from! They have guards 24/7 which makes you feel very safe.

I think it is a bit overpriced considering the tariff in India. Also the food and drinks in the lobby and hotel coffee shop are very VERY pricy! (not only for India but objectively). So overall VFM is not great

This is the best hotel in Aerocity, 3 km away from the airport. Great choice for layovers. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the service is very efficient. I tried K3 restaurant for breakfasts and it was good. I tried the in-room dining and it has wide variety and tastes good The area behind the hotel is full of cafes, restaurants and shops, it is great area for a layover away from the busy and vibrant Delhi I stayed in Room 2018 and a Special thanks to Achinta who was doing the housekeeping and to the one who is doing the turndown service for making my room super clean every day

I LOVE IT ALL! The best hotel stay I have ever experienced. The service was 10/10 and the hotel itself is stunning! Beautiful features. There is a lot of security around the airport making you feel safe always. The check in staff were fantastic at making sure we knew all the details needed and checked to see we had everything we needed also transfers to the airport etc. We were also recommended the hotel buffet restaurant k3 which offered 3 cuisines. By far the best food I have ever tasted! The chef in the restaurant were so pleasant, introduced themselves at our table and suggested lots of food. The live music was a beautiful touch to our evening. Our stay was short but if I had longer I would have made use of the gym and pool facilities and they were luxury, clean and the views were insane. I cannot wait to visit again and thank everyone at the hotel for making this experience so amazing!

The smoke alarm in one of our rooms 2090 kept going off we had mentioned this to the staff however nothing was done to fix this situation, therefore there was disruption to sleep for my elderly mother, my very sick father and my brother. We had also request double rooms to be connected, however only this requested wasn't fulfilled, therefore our rooms were not connected which was disappointing as I had made this a request in my original request when booking the room. Other than that staff were very friendly and polite.

Staff, they made the children feel special and ensured we all enjoyed our stay. The gym was well stocked and even had staff to guide you if needed. The restaurant staff were amazing this goes for the chefs and servers. The rooms were a great size with a bath which enabled us to relax and rest after a long holiday and before we travelled home. The late checkout was amazing and the buffet food was some of the freshest I have eaten, flavours and choice spoilt us. This was also very well priced for 2 rooms.
