Staff from front desk and cleaning were really kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent!

Quite often the guests on the 7th floor were talking loud in the corridor, even during very late night hours... and it woke me up more than three times. This was truly unpleasent experience. I don't recall going through such challenges in other hotels in other countries. Also, the hotel pool was closed due to contruction work - this should have been separately notified in advance, so that guests know exactly what they can plan to do during their stay.

The staff, especially Meenakshi, was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was decorated with flowers, wine and snacks. We were made to feel like visiting royalty. It really was outstanding service from entering the hotel to having dinner in the dining room. The staff pays great attention to detail for guests. I can't remember ever having such a warm welcome at a hotel. We just needed one night near the airport for an early morning flight. I would, however, loved to have stayed for another day or two! The rooms are pleasant, clean and comfortable. There was absolutely nothing to complain about.

Close to airport and shopping/restaurants. Excellent Buffett and Spa.

They wanted to charge me for early check-in, which, given the crazy flights into New Delhi at all hours of the night, seems to me, a little greedy and excessive as the arrival time of mini international passengers, as well beyond their ability to control. I got in to the hotel around 9:30 in the morning and they want to do up charge me 50% for checking in at that time, not acceptable in my opinion. In the middle of summer, the absolute hottest time of the year, their pool was closed for the entire month of August for maintenance. Hard to explain. 

Hello Kapil, just a little note to tell you Pushpandra did an amazing job driving me to Rishikesh, and the hotel I had reserved was really bad, so Pushpandra arranged everything so I can go to the Pride Plaza Hotel in Rishikesh. 100 times better hotel for almost the same price !!! So thank you very much to all the staff of Pride Plaza Hotels, amazing service, and you can be shure I will write amazing reviews on the websites like Booking.com, Tripadvisor, etc. Very impressed with excellent service and the employees go the extra step to make shure we have the best experience possible !

Nothing ! I went to Pride Plaza hotels both in Delhi and Rishikesh, and they are truly excellent. The air line company lost my luggagge (Air Canada not to mention it), and did everything to help me recover my luggage

Really loved this hotel! Great value for money! Room was clean and the bed was exceptionally comfy, perfect to rest and recover before a long flight. Staff were fantastic, warm, welcoming, and helped whenever we needed anything. Location is great for airport access, about a 10 minute drive from the hotel. Food was good and room service was fast and efficient. This is a great value 5 star hotel that offers a bit of luxury and confort after an intensive trip exploring India.

This hotel is part of a cluster of hotels not far from the airport known as "Aerocity". This is a stay for people passing through and it is convenient to get to/from the airport, is clean and comfortable, and has a good breakfast buffet with friendly staff.

Someone from an adjacent room was blasting music through the night. My husband and I could not sleep. We called the front desk and they sent someone and tried to locate who was doing and stop it, but it took a lot of time. It was well past 4:30 am when the music stopped. We know this is not the fault of the hotel, but a very inconsiderate person staying, but we did not get a good night's sleep prior to a flight back to Europe and that was a problem for us.

Beautiful rooms, great spa therapists. Good breakfast. Very officiant taxi pick and and drop off from the airport.

The internet doesn’t always work properly, so as the phone when you want to call the reception. The laundry was a total rip-off (please change the advertisement on the bedside table, because it’s misleading). The staff was very nice and they solved the problems as quickly as possible, which I very much appreciated. But hotel management should have been better.

Everything was great, the staff was excellent, they even packed our breakfast because we had a super early check out. The room was spacious and had a nice bathroom. The only problem I had was with the mattress. It was too soft and I have back problems which it did not help with. Overall it is a great place if you have a layover and don't want to get into Delhi and staying close to the airport. Their complimentary one way airport ride service was excellent too. They'll help you measure your baggages as well if you're in doubt.

The mattress was not firm at all and for people with back problems it just makes it worse.
