Roseate House New Delhi

Hotel provided me a room at 4th floor which is and the room no. was 452. When we checked in we saw that the room was very neat and clean which was quite impressive. However, we found out that in the room there has an door so, I tried to open it I found that there is only one wooden wall and the other room was attached and in that room the people were fully drunked and used abusive language with me which was not acceptable they did that because I was trying to check what was behind that door. ( Kon hai behen ke lode kya kar raha hai) they used it like this. I was not feel safe there at that time which was not good.

Property is best and has all amenities. my stay was short but comfortable.

I was booked at Roseate House in Aerocity but in the middle of the night they informed my booking is canceled and they will have to shift me to their other location around 10 minutes from there, but it took us more than 30 minutes to reach this new hotel in middle of night. I had an early morning flight to catch and unfortunately I had to spend just less than 6 hours sleep to check out again.

Roseate House is an excellent choice for travelers looking for a luxurious stay just minutes away from the airport. From the moment you step into the hotel, you are greeted with warm and friendly staff who are eager to assist you with anything you need. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed with comfortable beds, modern amenities. The hotel's restaurants offer a wide range of delicious cuisine.The hotel's facilities, including the swimming pool and fitness center, are top-notch, providing guests with everything they need for a relaxing stay. Overall, Roseate House is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a five-star experience very close to the airport.

I loved the hotel. Excellent location, very close to the airport and right next to WorldMark, with some great places to eat. It is a bit far out from central New Delhi, but about 10 mins from the metro which is very efficient. You can get about with Uber very easily, though have to bear in mind the different times because of traffic. Though it is very easy to get an Uber from south Delhi to the Aerocity.

My one issue. For a hotel of this calibre, the pool was not heated, and I was unable to use it. (I was there in December). At these prices you would expect that at the very least.

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable, good location for New Delhi with lots of places to eat next door. Felt extremely safe there as a solo female.

I stayed here three times over my six week holiday in India. The first time our toilet stopped working and wouldn’t flush; we reported this and were told it would be fixed, but it never was. The second time our door key wouldn’t work. We had to make four journeys from reception back to our room, with assurances it would be fixed each time, but it never was - in the end someone had to let us in with their card as we didn’t want to make another pointless journey.

The staff was cordial and accountable. my stay was comfortable and included all the required amenities

The check-in process took 30-40 minutes to complete. Had to wait in the lobby which was unusual. And the room seemed old for example there was a short circuit in our room at 2 am in the night and we had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. Although switching rooms was hassle free and staff cooperated 100% in the process. similarly showers and faucets were leaky something that you dont expect from a 5 star hotel.

I stayed in this hotel 3 times. Mainly because of the rooftop pool and design. This is the best designed hotel in Aerocity, and has a nice leisury atmosphere, very quiet and chic. Staff is also very nice. I haven't tried the food though. The rooms are comfortable, with nice furniture, including the bathrooms. Not sure why people are complaining about them.

The price for the hotel is based on its great design, the materials used aren't as sophisticated.

The breakfast was good with sufficient indian and continental options however the service of indian dishes at the table took quite some time as there were only a few live counters. The room was good but the storage and bathroom's location in the room is quite weird and there was no ironing facility in the room. It sure was a quiet room and had good privacy. The frame of the closet was loose and a piece even came out. The location of the property is very good as it is very close to the international airport in a designated Airocity having many good hotels.

The lobby is too small and does not give any privacy to meet and entertain guests; a coffee shop at the lobby was sorely missed. The reception and reception is cramped for space and there looked be a shortage of staff at the reception.

The Roseate House is a fantastic property, my future stays at Delhi would always have Roseate House on my list. The location is amazing, really close to the airport, good access to the Delhi Metro and 20 mins taxi ride to most major malls of Delhi. The breakfast is the simple and honest, each dish put out for the guests are made with such perfection, a minimal spread compared to many other hotels but most of the dishes hit it out of the park. But the TRUE HERO of this hotel is its beds and pillows which would put anyone to sleep. Truly an amazing property, huge shoutout to the concierge team for collecting all my online deliveries and the housekeeping who have kept this property beautifully maintained.

This property is a properly equipped with the best of people but sadly on the first lunch before checking into the hotel, we had to wait a good 40 mins for someone to take our order at THE DEL, we were kept bounced off by numerous waiters and even restaurant managers before being taken seriously. That was the only experience which felt off since it took a got a quick 30 mins lunch plan made into a two hour meal, but NOT A DEAL BREAKER.

The staff at reception. Very rude and impolite . i requested for stay till 2 Pm and was rudely told that not pose and that they were running full occupancy. could see online that rooms were available. I checked in at 4 pm . they could hv accommodated an hr extra .
