Lemon Tree Premier, Delhi Airport

The staff is polite & will do their best, knowing it's an airport hotel & the lobby is always busy. The food is amazing. The hotel is immaculate. room is good for 2 with a large smart TV. the lunch buffet spread is good as well.

The AC should have a heating option, especially in winter knowing Delhi gets cold, also since it's an airport hotel the plug sockets should have a multipin facility instead of only an India plug.

I liked the design of the hotel (good use of marbel). The room was comfortable and the food was nice. We used the pool, the gym and the spa. In general, we were satisfied with the facilities.

Us having a comfortable stay did not seem like a priority of the staff. They made us wait multiple times (e.g. for paying, while ordering something) or forget our requests. The service was not the expected value for money. After letting the staff know how we feel, they did put in more effort.

No complimentary water bottles in the room, usually big hotels offer 2x complimentary and additional on payment.

Breakfast at the Citrus Cafe was exceptional. Really, really first class. The staff were brilliantly attentive. Special thanks to server MD Shadab and Asst. Manager Ishwar Ojha for their outstanding service. LemonTree is fortunate to have both of them on staff. The omelette bar was one of the best I have ever experienced in India. (Perhaps even better than the Radisson Blu?). Robust local delicacies, too. But it was the attention of the staff that truly made breakfast wonderful each morning. Clean, well apportioned, just really a lovely experience. I really did have a good experience at the LemonTree. Honestly, much better than I was expecting given that online bookings can sometimes be a bit of a crap shoot. First, I love the location. It’s located in IGI Aerocity, just a four minute walk from the metro station (Airport Express Orange Line). No need for a car service or taxi to/from the airport. Just purchase the “ONE” card (similar to London’s Oyster card or Hong Kong’s Octopus card), add some value, and use it to go to/from the hotel to IGI airport, or into the city (connects with the Yellow Line at New Delhi station). Note: since the Orange AirPort Express Line is treated a bit differently from other lines on the metro system, make sure you validate your ONE card at Customer Care booth when you transfer to Yellow line at New Delhi station, otherwise it won’t work. (Just have the worker at the booth do it for you — takes about one minute). Once validated, the ONE card carries you anywhere via Metro that you may need to go. Second, the hotel is just steps away from Aerocity’s food court (restaurant, cafes, pharmacy, grocery store, etc). Quite literally a one or two minute walk. Third, the facilities at the hotel are really nice. Beautiful pool — lovely to go swimming in the morning. Nice spa. (You can’t charge the spa to your room, but that’s not a big deal, really). Nice 24/7 gym with on duty trainer to help out.

There really isn’t a lot that comes to mind that I didn’t like. I had a really good experience, there.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience. First and foremost, the hospitality was excellent. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and catered to my every need. What really stood out to me was the equality of the staff - everyone was equally friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the restaurant staff. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tidy, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The hotel's attention to detail was impressive and everything was immaculately maintained. The food was another highlight of my stay. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I also had a chance to dine at the hotel's restaurant and the food was cooked to perfection, with an excellent balance of flavors. The swimming pool was simply fabulous, providing a perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing or business meetings. In addition, the hotel's location is convenient, with good transport links nearby, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, my experience at Lemon Tree Premier Aerocity was exceptional. The hotel's hospitality, cleanliness, and attention to detail, combined with its great location and fabulous amenities, make it an excellent choice for anyone visiting Delhi. Highly recommended!

It's always great to hear about helpful staff members, and it sounds like Rahul from Lemon Tree Premier Delhi went above and beyond to assist you. Transferring money via Paytm can sometimes be a challenge, and having someone knowledgeable to help you through the process can make all the difference. It's wonderful to hear that Rahul was able to show you how to transfer the money to the taxi driver via Paytm, and that his assistance made the process easier for me. It's this kind of helpfulness and attention to detail that can really enhance a guest's experience and make them feel valued. Spacious room. Excellent breakfast

First room allocated to us had a bad smell. We upgraded to the executive business suite, which was excellent, but the room was very cold considering Delhi recorded very cold weather for the time period. The airconditioner didn't work to heat the room.

Location. Close to airport and a shopping mall next door had lots of bars and restaurants

The swimming pool was out of the sunshine in the afternoon and was too close to people smoking Twice in the night our internal phone rang, once from the restaurant asking us to pay for a meal we hadn’t had. And once from someone who said they were a taxi driver waiting outside. I just put the phone down and next morning there was no mention of it!

At Restrautant I met Ishwar Ojha who is working in citrus cafe .. I said some flaws I faced in my stay .. Immediately he rectified and supported a lot .. he created good atmosphere for stay .. over all it was good experience in lemon tree because of him.. thank you lemon tree for good staff like Ishwar Ojha ..

In bathroom a hair blower is not working … People who worked in Reception at time of 10:30 was not so responsible.. their reply was not good and responsible enough for their role ..

Charming reception on arrival and Front of House member who took us to our room. He was deaf and dumb but communicated beautifully. The associated restaurant was excellent.

the first Non-Smoking room we were shown to reeked of cigarette smoke. We were rapidly allocated a new room. the shuttle bus, allegedly to the Lemon Tree from T1c dropped us at The Metro which is a bit of a walk away. Getting to and from the terminals is a bit of a performance and an added expense.

I have been a client of the Lemon Tree Delhi Aerocity for 10 years, and I keep returning because the staff is so wonderful and the facility is so clean and conveniently located. The breakfast and the rooms are a great value for the price.

Getting a response on bookings can be a bit frustrating. There seem to be ongoing staff changes in the management, but they now have a wonderful GM. Hopefully he will stay so the staff can perform at high efficiency, as those that have been longtime employees bend over backwards to please the clients. They do an incredible job!
