very comfortable and clean room. great food.

the locking of the front door at night - made it difficult to get in….had a bit of a wait in the cold until the doorbell was answered. could maybe do with fob entry on the door instead.

This is a great location and the private parking is within a few metres. The room was gorgeous in this lovely old style hotel. The bed was enormous and the bathroom had everything that you could need. The breakfast was good and the the service friendly and prompt.

We booked dinner and were looking forward to a real treat. Unfortunately, what arrived on the plate didn't live up to expectations. My wife opted for the lamb shank and I went for the stir flied chicken with CRUNCHY vegetables. Both meals arrived smothered in a gallon of ragu sauce. Two simple meals ruined. The mashed potato had to excavated from under the inexplicable sauce and my stir fry was more a stew. Not a crunchy vegetable to be found. Maybe I'm fussy but I was assured that nobody else has ever complained. Must be a local delicacy.

lovely greeting upon arrival by the lovely receptionist, had lovely chat with Accommodation staff , very clean and rooms are to a very high standard, all staff were friendly and helpful, this hotel holds lots of memories for me from my previous trips here over the years .

unfortunately I had a disappointing experience with my lunch with being coeliac I had a bad reaction to my food I said it to the receptionist and she checked with the kitchen and they were sure it was gluten free but my stomach doesn’t lie my food wasn’t gluten free and I was unwell it put a damper on my trip I had to come back from my walk in the evening due to it was in awful discomfort all night and still have it . there needs to be more selection put on the menu for vegan and gluten-free to avoid this in the future.

From the minute we arrived in Bailey’s, all the staff were so helpful and friendly. Lisa at the main desk was so chatty and helpful. The room we had was lovely with excellent facilities: toiletries, robes, a/c, iron, tea/coffee and anything we could need. I needed 2 extra pillows as I am pregnant and this was no issue and they were delivered to the room within 5 minutes. The housekeeping staff were brilliant and asked repeatedly if there was anything else I needed to be comfortable. the cleanliness of every aspect of the hotel was second to none! The room itself as well as the bar and toilets downstairs. Food overall was great! Breakfast was lovely and we got any amount of it we wanted. Everything was so fresh and nothing was an issue for our server Eoin. He was so friendly and helpful. Overall, a fantastic stay at Bailey’s and we will definitely recommend to friends!

I couldn’t fault any aspect!

Everything was great! Friendly, helpful staff. Very nice room with a view of the Rock lit up all pretty at night! Restaurant attached is amazing, exceptional food at affordable price and staff are incredible. Great location, right in the city centre but it's a small town so not too crowded, crazy, or loud, but still enough to do on at night. Car park next door was included in the price and very easy!

Nothing! There are some slightly less expensive options nearby but just stay at Bailey's, well worth it, you won't regret it.

We stayed for one night to celebrate a birthday. We checked in and went straight to the Cellar Bar. Loved it there. From the Staff to the food, we had a great evening....

I only marked it nine out of ten. A little bit disappointed in the breakfast. The full irish was a bit skimpy, just one of everything. I had the pancakes but instead of the maple syrup being an option to pour over it was swimming in it as were the bananas, so it didn't appeal to me.

Our room was very nice and quiet.The staff were friendly and helpful.. We ate at the hotel restaurant both nights and the food was good and the staff attentive even when it was very busy the first night. We were traveling by bus and it was easy to walk to the hotel from the bus stop. There is an elevator so we didn'thave to deal with luggageon the stairs..

I didn't like having to leave after only 2 nights. A whole week there would have been lovely. It is a nice friendly town.

Nice hotel with lovely staff

The car park is awful and in a very poor state. Flooded, badly lit. No intercom at the gate, so no way of parking before we checked in. Without the access code we had to reverse into oncoming traffic No obvious pedestrian exit and no marking on the ground for those walking

Personally I thought that the Hotel was as close to a 'Perfect ' Hotel as possible. Clean and Comfortable, Central to everything in Cashel with even The Rock of Cashel only a short walk away. (The Staff were very Good, friendly and helpful, and the Food was excellent). Will hopefully return again soon! [' I'll be back!' ]. Cashel itself seems quite a small, 'Compact ', Clean and Tidy Town, And is certainly worth a visit.

No complaints!

Such an elegant property! Room was lovely and I appreciated the AC and elevator. But otherwise, our stay was great! Staff was cheerful and helpful and the restaurant at the hotel was excellent.

I wasn’t happy that the parking promised next door was not available. My daughter had to locate parking elsewhere in an unfamiliar city.
