There is plenty to do for families, there is a reconstruction going on which will be much better when finished. Food was good. Plenty of places.to relax and chill

Very expensive, the staff looked miserable, especially in the restaurant. Appreciate that they were under pressure, but there.was plenty of staff on the floor just running around like headless chickens, and the staff were very young. The hostess greeting people looked so angry. If you paid people better money then you could train and retain good staff. Also there is a charity drive going on which is only two euro charge on every room. They didn't mention at check out and just charged I thought this was a bit underhanded, especially when they are charging so much for the rooms and serives. How about keeping your prices the same but donate €2 of the cost of the room. Or ask people at reception. I'm sure everyone would do it.

staff couldn’t have been nicer or more friendly. anything that was asked for was accommodating and the infinity pool is a must.. loved it 🙏

None - but just make sure you ask for non adjoining rooms if your a older couple/single girls

spotlessly clean.. fabulous restaurant and bar and super nice rooms.. Jurassic Park exhibit is a bonus along with the beautiful Fitness Centre and Spa

The hotel is beautiful, a proper 4* star hotel. The facilities for children are the best I've come across. Great kids club, the outdoor park area with the dinosaurs and playgrounds and jungle bounce can keep the kids happy and occupied for hours, The food is a good standard.

There was very little here to complain about - I do think give the price point that kids club could be included as opposed to being a separate charge for the day club. Also the outdoor covered area for light bites is really fab but closes for food at 4.30 which is such a pity as it's much more suited to a relaxed meal with kids

Amazing stay . Food fabulous, rooms very comfortable with a fridge in the room.The dinosaur Park is such a treat and you can use it as many times as you like through your stay is a bonus. The pool sauna steam room and the outdoor infinity pool are amazing . So nice to relax outside into the sun.

The air conditioning in our room worked well but the air filter part must be close to some sort of septic tank cos it was stink. We turned it off . But there was a fan provided in the room also .

This hotel is like a Disneyland,seriously! Perfect place for a family with kids. We really enjoyed our stay with my daughter for our small mom-daughter getaway:) Free access to the Jurassic World Park with loads of activities for kids, great pool, restaurant with kids menu. We took a bus from Dublin that stopped right in front of the hotel. Such a convenient location. Staff is very friendly!! We really felt like in a fairy-tale 🤩

Pool was a bit crowded,probably due to Easter break. Nevertheless we had a lot of fun. Rather than that we hardly felt the crowdness of the hotel during the holiday. Breakfast and evening meals were served fast and with care.

Its what you expect from a 4 star hotel. The rooms were well appointed reasonable size and the beds were comfy. It was clean and in a good maintained order. The staff were friendly and helpful. My son used the pool facilities and said they were very good(although he swam in the evening with no swim cap, but made to buy a 3 euros swim cap, to swim in the morning??? He hasn't got long hair!). It's about a brisk 15 min walk into town on well lit streets so that was fine. There's loads of off street parking and it's in a nice part of town. Would definitely stay here again.

Although there was a coffee machine in the room there was no tea, coffee, milk or cups to make a drink. The cooked part of the breakfast was quit poor for a 4 star hotel as it's served by someone behind a counter, 'school dinner style'. There were no fried eggs and poached weren't available. My son felt annoyed that he was forced to pay 3 euros for a swim cap when the previous day he didn't.

Beautiful rooms that were spotlessly clean. The parents room was excellent idea and very handy for heating or storing food in fridge. The outside area was beautifully decorated and the staff were lovely. The a la carte menu was diverse and food was very tasty and reasonably priced.

The playroom floor was dirty and looked generally unkept, there was large amounts of peacock poo on patio outside that my grandson walked into, not the best in area where serving food. Could not fault hotel otherwise.

I was my sons 5th birthday and due to covid he hasn't stayed in a hotel since he was a baby. When he saw the breakfast layout he couldn't believe his eyes it was an amazing spread. I have lived abroad in a lot of places and I have never came across a better breakfast. The bedrooms we fantastic, not too hot which was amazing and beds were extremely comfortable.. Dinner was also fantastic. The staff brought out a chocolate brownie with a candle for my sons birthday and they all stood around singing to him which blew him away, he was so thrilled... All round 100%

Nothing at all everything was top class.. From Staff to room to food to facilities everything was outstanding. Can wait to return

Service and food at most meals was excellent.

1. I requested a room close to reception and lift as I have difficulty walking and was put in a room at the farthest point in the hotel. It was impossible to speak to the receptionist as there was a wedding reception taking place there with music so lound that neither the receptionist or I could hear anything. 2. The food and service in Scotts Bar was brilliant on the first two days but a change of staff on the Sunday led to shoddy service and the wrong food being served.
