Hilton Dublin Airport

Second time staying there. Room was nice, however a little dated. Good breakfast in the morning. Easy check in and safe parking for the car. Room was quiet. Some nice places to go to near by like shopping centre across the road and an excellent kebab restaurant around the corner.

Pillows were not comfy. Room a little dated. No gluten free options on first morning of stay. Had to ask for gluten free bread to be available for second morning. Should come as standard along with other gluten free options. Public transport is poor to get into city centre. Ended up getting taxis which cost about E30.

The room is big, clean, modern, new, with good wifi and no noise from the busy street below. We appreciated the complimentary shuttle to/from the airport (ask for their schedule), the fresh fruits at the desk counter in the lobby, the christmas decorations in the lobby, the elevators to the room, the proximity of the bus station across the street from the hotel, the fact that the hotel could make coin change for our use of the bus, the easy check-in and check-out process, the quick arrival of ice in a bag when I called to stay that my husband had twisted his ankle and needed that, the benches outside in front of the hotel while waiting for a taxi. We didn't try the bar nor the restaurant. We saw that there is a mall across the street, so it can be very convenient, even if we didn't personally go there.

The bathroom is on the smaller side but it's clean. I only noticed seeing one bathroom and one set of slippers in the room even though we were two guests (I didn't mention it to them during the stay b/c we didn't need it). It would be nice to have benches inside the lobby when it's cold or rainy outside.

There is a complementary shuttle bus to the hotel which is fantastic, means you don't have to figure your way around Dublin's busy streets. The staff were very pleasant and when I said we had to leave at 3.30am the next morning they said they would provide a complementary taxi to the airport as the shuttle bus doesn't start until 5am. That to me is really looking after the customer. The room was indeed perfectly clean and we had coffee/ facilities which are a big tick in the box for me. I have no fault with this place and not only would I stay again I would most certainly recommend it to my friend. Thank you Hilton Dublin

I liked everything

Great service. We missed our flight and so needed an overnight hotel that would help us get the replacement flight very early the following morning. The service here was exceptional - too early for the shuttle so the hotel provided taxis, too early for breakfast so they arranged for us to have hampers to take with us. The rooms were better than we expected and the beds were extremely comfortable, but it was the service which shone. All above and beyond. All the staff were super efficient and also happy to help, it made a terrible situation so much better. We can't imagine us needing an airport hotel in Dublin again, but if we did, no question this wins our vote without a second thought.

Nothing. Everything we needed was on tap and the rooms, and service, was superb.

We ate supper and breakfast. Both were excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel is a beautiful facility; one certainly favoured by airline staff. I would ask that the parking garage machine operating the exit be fixed; more than one customer emerged from the garage quite upset that their ticket had been verified but the machine would not accept it. ( They were informed to press the help button, which worked) . Good thing we overheard that conversation.

We weren’t flying anywhere we booked this for a hospital appointment and it proved to be excellently located. The bedroom was very spacious and comfortable with a great air con unit, fridge and kettle. The bathroom was the best but - a lovely shower that you could detach from the wall - and the curtain rail was arched over the bath to give more room - and the curtain had magnets so it stuck to the bath and not to you!! Final touch - the bathroom mirror didn’t fog!

Water was cold for morning shower, blood stain on bathroom door and handle, reception were very nice and apologetic.

Rooms were spacious, comfortable. Bed and pillows were fab. Facilities overall were great. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Food in Burnells was really nice and reasonably priced. Breakfast was delicious and good choice. Location to city centre roughly €20 in taxi for 4 which is reasonable.

Really nice hotel, location spot on - free shuttle bus to airport. Food (both breakfast and dinner) and drink was superb and staff really friendly. Room clean, quiet and comfy. Will definitely use this hotel again when travelling to Dublin.

Only complaint is for the price I paid it would have been nice to have a double bed rather than 2 singles. People arriving in room next door to me at 2am were a little bit noisy but that's not really the hotels fault and neither of these points would put me off returning.

Good location from the airport and easy to access city centre. Also good for exploring other areas eg Howth (stunning) Great atmosphere in the restaurant and bar - felt like people were enjoying their stay and the facilities Good food / menu Staff were excellent; friendly and real ambassadors of the hotel at every interaction Room was a decent size; very comfortable Good parking facilities

The Dublin Hilton was close by the airport which was great since we were flying out the next morning. One of the things that stood out to me about the hotel was the amazing job of the staff. Audrey at the front desk was very helpful in not only providing a great room for us, but then went on to help us with plans on how to get to the airport. We had a very early flight at the airport, before the regular transport began running. The hotel called a taxi for us and then paid for it as well. Customer service was outstanding as well in the restaurant that evening.
