Garden Blue

From our first arrival, Omar helped show us all the highlights of the areas and restaurants; we were impressed with the breakfast, and the chef took great pride in the croissants' cleanliness and quality; the walk is about 1.3 km to the center of the museum center. We also used the outdoor patios, which were nice for morning coffee.

CAnnot provided any negative comments; everyone was friendly and courteous to everyone we saw. The only issue was that Apple Maps showed a different location, about 700 feet different, even though the same road was still 700 feet.

Location is super easy to find. I have stayed in Florence before, but I think it is easy reachable for anyone using public transportation. The staff are welcoming and very helpful with all the questions and requests I made. The rooms are well furnished and very comfortable. On the plus side this hotel had a number of terraces with beautiful views of Florence. Good internet reception even in the terrace area. In the morning the breakfast staff was super fast and attentive. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the convenient location of the accommodation. What truly impressed us was Elidor's willingness to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. When we expressed interest in a specific tour, he took it upon himself to make a reservation on our behalf, relieving us of any additional arrangements. This level of attentiveness and proactive assistance greatly enhanced our overall experience.

Location was pretty good and the staff was very nice. The room was clean and had everything I needed, including a disposable toothbrush and some toothpaste.

Very poor noise isolation, you can hear both the street noise and also noise from the hallway. The latter could be improved by replacing the doors or even by adding some isolation strips to the doorframe. I couldnt fit my laptop charger into any of the wall sockets because the holes were the smaller and older italian socket standard.

The location was great. The staff was really friendly. They gave us a tourist map of the city and suggested locations to visit. Good breakfast. The rooms were clean and tidy.

The rooms were small and the beds a bit uncomfortable. My window would stay slightly open, I couldnt close it. To be fair we didnt complain about it, maybe they would of changed our room.

Would have been good to have access to tea and coffee facilities outside of breakfast. A fridge in the room also would be helpful. The vending machines were hopeless. We arrived on a Sunday, very few shops open and couldn't get anything out of the machines.

Last minute availability and nice breakfast. Close to the major attractions and action with a pizza place and grocery/minimart two min walk away. Super kind and helpful staff. Clean rooms, hot water, daily cleaning.

The ceiling in the shower (room 110) was a bit suspect but I think it was just water damage. Makes sense. Not a problem.

Very good AC. Especially in the heat wave! Very clean and very safe. Front desk was always ready to help! Good breakfast and comfortable rooms. Parking right next door. 30euro per day.

No elevator to the 3rd floor. But it was not bad carryjng the luggage up another flight of stairs. The elevator on the main was great to the 2nd floor.

I stayed in 7 different hotels (some very high-end) on my trip and the staff at Garden Blue were the most friendly and helpful of any of them.

This cannot be helped, but the bathroom was very dark.

Maybe you can connet better the wifi connection between the common areas and the rooms.
