PICCOLO HOTEL Con Access ZTL !!! Ɲel Ƈentro Storico di Ƒirenze !!!

I recently stayed at this hotel in Florence with my family and had a wonderful experience. The owners were amazing and the location was perfect - just a 10-minute walk to the dome and surrounded by many cute restaurants and shops. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I particularly appreciated how family-friendly the hotel was, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in Florence, especially for families.

I can confidently say that my stay at this hotel was one of the best I've ever had. I couldn't find anything negative to say - it was simply wonderful.

The room was plenty of space for my husband and I and our 15 year old daughter. The included breakfast was great with coffee, juice, hard boiled eggs, pastries, yogurt, etc. The location was good. walkable to pretty much all the attractions. Nandu was great and helped us with all our needs such as showing us on the map how to get places, calling us a taxi for a family wedding and helping me out when I lost my wallet. great place to stay in Florence that’s clean and has breakfast, nothing fancy but comfortable.

bathroom was small but it was in our room (private bathroom).

Nandu, who is soul of this small hotel, will make you feel like you are at home. We were accommodated in new rooms upstairs, the dining room was also renovated and the same is expected for the rest of the hotel in the near future. Room is realy big, clean, bathroom clean and nice. Breakfast was more than you need. Also whatever you need, the staff will provide it for you and help. If you come by car the hotel will provide you with ZTL for free! Location is almost best possible

With very few additions the room can be much more comfortable in terms of placement. a couple of shelves, drawers and the like

The location was great you can walk to the main attractions, the train station is 6 minutes away by bus and you walk couple of minutes to the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic

we weren’t traveling too light, and they are located in a second floor, so we have to climb the stairs with our luggage. however, once we checked out we could leave our bags in the reception . during the morning it can be a little noisy , but it is better to start your day early

The staff is very nice and available at any hour. They do luggage storage for you before the check-in and after the check-out if you have more time to visit the city. The breakfast is nice to have in the morning. The position is not bad to reach any part of the city even by foot if you can walk 10-15 minutes. Great prices.

The rooms are not new and the bathroom may need some renewal. The room was clean but with old fornitures and an old parquet with some problems.

Nandu was extremely helpful, even before we arrive until the morning we departed. They all made sure we were comfortable. Gave us directions, tips, ordered taxi, opened the breakfast early the date of our departure, so we could get a bite to eat before leaving the hotel.

The hotel is old and needs some renovations. There are stairs (no elevator) to the teception area and rooms. My knee was acting up, so it was difficult going up and down the stairs.

Hotel is owned by two nice brothers who can help you with everything you need. Hotel is located in center around 10 minutes from Duomo Basilica. Everyday room service, good breakfast and employees ready to help whenever you need help.

A bit small bathroom. Also it was very hard to sleep and enjoy staying there because of little child who was crying every night in room somewhere close to us. So you can hear almost everything what is happening to neighbors. Also there was old and very soft mattress, but I think that is personal issues because of that mattress my back hurt for whole stay. But I think this is point to consider for owners.

It was our first visit Florence and we liked it very much. Hotel is tiny, but very cosy with amazing staff. It situated in the historical centre of the city and fit in the street architecture. Breakfast was fresh and really tasty. And especially we want to highlight a man-receptionist. He was caring and benevolent. We kept our luggage at 6.30 am and could checked in a little earlier. We are satisfied and will recommend this hotel to stay!

everything was perfect the reception guy Mr Momdo I hope I spell his name correctly was amazing help me with my luggage help me with information about the city and pick for us very nice restaurants and make our stay unforgettable thank you for everything and definitely I will recommend the place for anyone want to go to Florence

Staff was welcoming, they gave us clear instructions where to park a car and how to reach a hotel. The staff suggested a good restaurants as well as allowed check-in before estimated time. Room was nice, breakfast was delicious and charming. Hotel is a walk distance to any historical site. Bathroom was rather small, but everything was clean.

The air conditioner was loud, but did its job. Bed was not very comfortable - too soft.
