The location is very nice. 2 minutes away from the train station, with many restaurants and shops around and a Carrefour Express around the corner. The breakfast is so nice! Silvia gives you a leaflet where you can tick the products you want for breakfast and the time you want this to be delivered in the room. Our room had a table and two chairs, so we could have breakfast very comfy. The range of options is endless: toasts, croissants, fruit, pancakes, cake, ham, Nutella, eggs… Awesome!! The room itself was very good too. Good size room with a nice heating that can keep the room warm even if it’s very cold outside

The breakfast is fabulous- I loved that you could order what you wanted the night before and select the time for the breakfast to be brought to your room. There was air conditioning, a fan and a kettle and refrigerator in my room. Location was excellent- a few minutes walk from the train station, bus station and the tram from the airport. Very central, so easy to walk everywhere, but in a quiet street. The area felt very safe - I had no problem walking home by myself at night. Excellent value for money. I would stay here again next time that I come to Firenze.

Sylvia is a wonderful and hospitable host - she was there to greet us and show us around to our rooms. As a B&B breakfast was provided and we were able to make a selection to provide to her the day before. It was easy enough to walk around to where we needed to go from the B&B. A very comfortable room and no issues being in close proximity to the other guests either.

Not a huge deal however the shower recess is quite small and resulted in some bumping of elbows on the sliding doors while showering (e.g. washing hair) and the toilet required several attempts to flush sometimes.

It was the best place we could stay in Firenze! Silvia was an amazing host! She welcomed us so warmly and adjusted our check-in time according to our arrival. She also paid great attention to our trip by sharing great advices and giving us a map of city with the famous locations. The place was sooo clean and had everything we could ask for. The location was so good, we walked everywhere and didn't need any public transportation. Also there a re such lovely restaurants in the street. It was a great experience, wr will for sure choose to stay again if we visit Firenze for the second time!

Pretty strategic location near the train station but a bit of walking required to popular sites near the bridges. Fresh breakfast made by Silvia every morning at your preferred time in your room was another highlight. We felt so loved every morning. Decent room size so really comfortable for two people.

Not much, if I was picky maybe the bed was a bit too soft .

Not much to say.

Very convenient to Florence train station. A large door with a bell to let the owner know you have arrived. Nice breakfast to your room in the morning. Loved the shaving mirror in the bathroom to put make up on. Good air-conditioner, open window option and fan.

Unfortunately the lift was not in service when we were there but only needed to climb to level 2 thankfully. Bed was too soft for me but only personal preference.

Sylvia is great...I would recommend her B & B to anyone....close to the train station and within 10 min walk to all the other famous attractions of Florence

Silvia was a very attentive and helpful host. The location was perfect for reaching both the SMN train station and the most famous sights, yet far enough from the busy streets of the immediate city centre. The room (facing a courtyard) was quiet. The bed was very soft, yet comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean.

The bedroom being one step lower the the main corridor and the bathroom was a bit impractical.

Walking distance from the train station. very clean room. delicious breakfast. easy to contact host. very safe.

Shower water turned cold and then shut off once during our stay. the bathroom and shower stall have small space. other reviewers said they received a map and travel tips/advice, but we did not. i felt that the host was not that interested in providing detailed information for us.
