The staff were fantastic, very helpful in advice and showing us the rooms. Location was good, near the train station. About a 10 minute walk to main attractions. The room was really quiet considering the busy area.

When we first arrived at the train station, there was a sign for c-hotels in a doorway, however there was 3 homeless men laying in the door way trying to touch our bags etc. We ignored the sign and looked for the Carrefour next door to the hotel. I would be worried for people that followed the sign and got accosted by all of the homeless that are typically near the station as the area can be quite sketchy.

Location a few steps from railway station so perfect for daytrips to Rome, Pisa,...... Very helpfull and enthousiastic staff !!! Good silent airco, good matresses, nice bathroom. Upgrade to a classic room is spacious and new bathroom is worth it. Coffee, tea, water available in room. Breakfast very good and staff is excellent!! Airci in the whole building very nice on hot days. Cakes, coffee, tea free on arrival in the lobby.

Our stay for 3 nights was perfect except our last night. Unfortunatly the last night some Asians found it necessary to arrive at 3:00 at night and woke up the whole floor. Shouting, hitting doors, walls, ...... After calling to the reception they handled the situation very quickly and adequatly within a few minutes. So special thanks for the staff which was at a high professional level the whole stay!!! Even at checking out they appologised for the situation. It has nothing to do with the hotel so we will stay here again!!! It was just bad luck to have people without any respect towards others.

We stayed at Economy Double Room. Since there were no explicit photos of this room type, we didn't know what to expect. The style of the room was nice. The room was tidy with a large comfortable double bed, minibar, kettle with cups including coffee and tea, table, chair, TV, wardrobe, air-conditioner, but the window was to the wall, so we felt the lack of daylight. The bathroom had a shower gel/shampoo, soap, shower caps, cotton swabs, a nail file and cotton pads. The location of the hotel is good, next to it there are grocery and other shops, train station and you can easily reach top attractions on foot. The internet was slow. Although others commented that it was just a sweet Italian breakfast, we enjoyed the delicious and rich breakfast, including cheese and ham. The women who served in the mornings were also amiable and helpful, always brightening the mood.

The room was a bit small, and the peeled wallpapers and worn edges of the furniture really didn't look like a four-star hotel. An unpleasant odour was felt in the room upon arrival. The room window was to the wall, so we felt the lack of daylight. Unfortunately, the shower leaked and would be a bit small, for example, for a bigger person. The internet was slow.

our stay in this hotel was amazing. The hotel itself was in such a perfect location, everything was around the hotel 20 mins by walking. Train station 2mins, the cathedral around 10 mins by walking. our room was really nice bed is comfy but just one minus is that mattresses was connected, i mean super king size bed and two small double mattresses in there. so basically when you sleeping with your partner there is a gab between us. But overall as i said before everything was more than enough! definitely i will choose to stay in this hotel next time :)

again little minus was the mattresses and hairdryer… it was taking ages to blow dry my hair.. 😳

Location is good, just about 10 mins walking distance from the main train station. 15 mins to 20 walk to the Florence cathedral, duono and accademia gallery. Hotel left a personal note at our bed which made my day. Giacomo helped us carry our luggages and showed us in our room coz it has a few stairs. I think the rooms are renovated coz everything is new and swanky. Love the firm beds, pillows and high bed specially me that has scoliosis and allergic rhinitis. It has a carrefour supermarket beside the hotel so easy to buy snacks. Room is small for our big luggages but adequate for us. Love Florence and the people food etc.

I spent 3 nights in march here. Booking offered a good deal for this hotel. It is a lovely hotel. Location is perfect, close to the city center, 5m from the supermarket, 200m from the train station. It was very quite at night, but you can hear you neighbors sometimes. Staff were amazing, very helpful. The guy who met us was really nice and told us a lot about the city. The room was small, but was cozy, clean and had all the facilities you need. Bed is superb. No problems with shower. Cleaning process is amazing. Everyday room was like new. No stupid "environmental policy" to exchange you towels. The stay here was perfect

We liked the proximity both to the historical centre and the river (10-15min on foot) as well as to the train station. The hotel itself is definitely not a 4*, but I would rate it as a great 3* hotel with clean, spacious rooms (make sure to request a quiet room, looking at an internal yard otherwise you’ll hear the trams), big, comfortable bed, proper bathroom facilities, heating, water as a complement, all perfect. The Italian staff was so friendly, there were also free delicious snacks left for the guests. Thank you!

I would recommend some attention to be paid to the dust, as it was a bit dusty in the room (not dirty!). Also, it would be beneficial if the blanket is not separated from the sheets, but they are all packed in 1 cover. And last but not least, I am aware that in Italy bathrooms always go with windows, but it would be really great if there is a ventilation system because a person cannot take a shower with an open window on their back. :)

1. Service. Very good host, showed us all the way to our room. 2. Lift system. Theres no shut button in the lift. Make sure everybody is in the lift then press the designated floor, And the lift door will close immediately. 3. Location. Its just located beside the train station but theres no sound of station announcement neither sound from the trains. 4. Cleanliness. Its a super clean hotel. Everything is well prepared. Even the sheets smell fresh.

1. Expect no great view of the property. The view we got is the back and corridor alleyway. 2. Air Conditioning. During winter, the air condition only gives hot air and no cool air due to its designed system. Most times we need to open our window to sleep if not the room will be extremely stuffy. 3. Due to this, anybody along the corridor can see the events happening our the room. I find my privacy is a little disturb.

It is conveniently located right next to Florence train station, about a minute's walk away. The staff at reception were friendly and welcoming, the bed in the room was large and comfortable and the whole thing was neat and clean, as befits a 4 star hotel. Nothing in particular. We had a few minor issues questions that we either quickly resolved or not even worth to mention. The in-room fridge is relatively small and 75% full with drinks you can pay for. This leaves little room for your own stuff if you want to buy something edible/drinkable and store it in a room.
