Hotel Aline

The property has an amazing location close to the central station and relatively close to all the major attractions in the city. Our room was small but cozy, the sink and bathroom were clean, there was hot water. The shared toilet was right next to our room but there was no disturbance, nor we had to wait for anyone. The beds were comfortable and clean. The staff was amazing, wide spoken, friendly and really helpful. If you ever get the opportunity to visit Florence, this is definitely a great spot. There is also a 24/7 vending machine in the corridor with cheap drinks.

We had no complaints.

Hotel easy to find, staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of amenities nearby, a small supermarket, bars, caffes, bus stops, etc and it took 10 minutes to walk to the historic centre and 15 to the main train station. The room was very small and noisy being next to reception and lift and the street was noisy, too, even at night. However, we paid for one of the cheapest type of accomodation in Florence (which is a very expensive city indeed!) so we did not expect much. There was definitely no city view as advertised, however it was clean and the bed comfortable. There was air conditioning in the room, which is absolutely necessary as sleeping with the window open would be too noisy (and possibly very hot in summer).

The room was very small and noisy being next to reception and lift, you could also hear other guests through the walls. the street was noisy, too, even at night. There was definitely no city view as advertised and no TV (which I did not notice when I booked, but who needs a TV when you are in Florence!)

Loved the location, easy to get to and very central. Staff were super friendly.

The beds were quite small, my friend and I are 5’3 and still managed to nearly fall off the bed so be warned if you are tall. The shower is also in the corner of the bedroom which is a bit awkward.

The location was fantastic. The hotel is located at hardly a 15 minute walk from the Station. The staff was courteous and super friendly, and we're generous enough to accomodate our request for two single beds instead of a double bed. The shared bathrooms were clean enough.

The building was a bit shabby and needed renovation.

The place is very close to train station and the metro. So it is very convenient to see the city. Ghe room was so clean.

We stayed at a small room but the bed was really small for two people.

Balcony was great with clothes line available. Comfortable beds and private shower in the room had a privacy screen.

No air-con, so it did get a bit warm. There was a fan tho!

The hotel was well located, close to the city center and surrounded by bars and cafes. The room was okay and the staff was really kind! We asked for help booking a cab for an early morning trip and they took care of everything.

Located really close to the main square as well as the tram stop. Able to check in late with key being stored securely until we arrived. Beds were comfy, good air-conditioning and good sized clean bathroom.

Room facilities are amazing.

It might possibly be an apartment floor converted to a hotel. Entry and exit is not as simple (but staffs are very helpful).

The location is 10/10, very close to bus stops and a few shops around.

There is no airconditioning. Of course the summer is hot and not the property’s fault but airconditioning would have made this an excellent rating.
