The location is great. Right in the middle of the tourist spots. The hosts are super friendly and easily available for communication. The rooms are extremely clean and tidy. The shower is very functional.

BREAKFAST...... it was very disappointing. I had inquired beforehand and was given a list of several items that are made available for breakfast each day. Didn't realize it was 1-2 small pieces of each item. The first day they had accidentally setup the room for 2 people, and the breakfast was just good enough for me alone. The next day they only set up the breakfast for 1 person, and it seemed like a joke. Barely a snack! In the reviews you would see many people complaining about the breakfast, so it seems like a known issue. I would have expected them to improve their offering after several such feedbacks.

Excellent location right by the Trevi Fountain which made every place we visited conveniently walkable. Bus stop was round the corner.

This ‘hotel’ consists of 4 rooms in an apartment in a building. No lobby or coffee shop or restaurant or terrace, just the 4 rooms and a tiny reception desk at the very entrance of the apartment where the receptionist stayed morning shift only. Accessibility was electronic and remotely managed. Breakfast was continental already in the room for the next morning ready wrapped. That’s all fine for a couple days stay if one needs the room only for the night’s sleep. I wish this was all adequately described on the website or on booking.com.

Location is unbeatable for first time traveler to Rome.. Less than half a block from the Trevi Fountain. It was surprisingly quiet at night, I received excellent instructions for self check-in before arrival. Breakfast was simple, but enough. It was left in the room the night before.(yes, the bread won't be fresh), but I appreciated it as I was able to have my breakfast in the comfort of my room while getting dressed. Big plus! It has an elevator :)

The pillows were not very comfortable. The toilet water kept running after flushing most times (it was glitchy)... but we didn't care. Overall, it was a great stay

This place is absolutely good value for money. I was too worried before arriving that it might be disappointing especially that this was my first time to book a B&B but it was exceptionally good. The location is great, right next to the fountain and central to everything else. Everything said about the place on booking.com is correct. It is safe and quiet, I slept comfortably and deeply every night. The room has good space and is nicely organised and furnished. The bathroom is also very clean and comfy The room is serviced every day and the breakfast snack is refilled everyday which was a good energy bite in the morning for me. It's like staying at a hotel but at a very good rate compared to the common rates in this location The host is very nice and walks you through the check in process and answers all messages swiftly Rita who looks after the place is a very nice lady and had a very warm smile and greeting every morning

The WiFi connection was weak and unstable but this was minor for me as I would spend most of my time outside and I had my mobile Data bundle

Such a lovely welcome by Rita who showed us our room and how to use the keys. Our room was so light and airy and spotlessly clean. Everything was there that we needed and we were pleasantly surprised at the size of the room. Really comfortable and the breakfast we had in the room was substantial and more than adequate. I was very surprised that the Trevi fountain was at the bottom of the street! Added bonus. With lots of bars and central to a lot of attractions it was perfect for us. Would definitely recommend

This place is less than 750 feet to the trevi fountain. You are a 10-15 min walk to all the main stuff in Rome except the Vatican. The room is super clean, beds are comfortable, your privacy is very much respected. You can come and go as.you please. Ms. Rita will answer any question you have. She really helped make our vacation wonderful... Thank you Rita! There are many.... many restaurants to choose from within 5 min walk. One is directly to the right after exiting the building... its great! Beds were comfy, sheets smooth, pillows soft and welcoming. Shower was hot, toilet worked with out issue, fresh towels daily and the hair dryer did its job. Every morning we had fresh cold water in the fridge to wake up to. The owner is very accommodating she allowed us to keep out bags there until 6pm that night even though check out was 11am. I will coming back to Rome and this will be the place I stay.

Incredible location 2 minute walk to trevi fountain. Rooms are on level 5 away from the hustle and bustle of the streets. Clean and modern style room with comfy bed. Check in was very easy on the day with an email sent to you with the code for access. Staff were happy to store bags after check out when we had later flights.

Reception could have a phone to call someone when it is unattended but we just emailed and they replied anyway.

I liked the fact it was so central, you can walk out the front door and the trevi fountain is right there great restaurants all very close, Debora the owner was in contact with me before I got there she arranged a taxi to and from the airport, very friendly mother and daughter owners, very clean rooms, the lady who cleans the rooms every morning was excellent went above and beyond in cleaning, this made me and my 13 year old sons Rome experience perfect, thank you Debora

Excellent location, just steps from Trevi Fountain. The room was clean and comfortable, and the continental breakfast was light but tasty. Rita was exceptionally nice and made us feel very welcome when we checked in.

We couldn't figure out how to adjust the thermostat, and after our initial check-in, we never saw anyone who we could ask... but just a slight inconvenience, nothing major. Overall, very happy with our stay!

not a big deal, just writing it here for future travelers, the door to the actual building took us a while to find, it’s a big brown door on the street and you have to find on the intercom the number corresponding to the actual units, i was expecting a sign outside (dumb me) this is Europe, expect everything, they are on the 5th floor and many other tenants, so look closely, we spent a good amount of time walking past the door based on Google earth, hope this helps future people, and this is probably the only negative, so go ahead and stay here you won’t regret it. owner is super nice lady.
