Harry's Bar Trevi Hotel & Restaurant

Everything was just amazing, from the room cleanliness, the comfort, the breakfast, the bar, the complimentary access to the historical site underground and the service was brilliant. Nothing was ever too much and everyone was friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Alessandro who was superb and did everything with a smile. Taxis were organised, restaurant recommendations and reservations made for us. Just little touches offered also made our experience that "extra" and made it special. Would definitely recommend when in Rome!

Great breakfast. Location excellent if you want to be in very touristy area as right at Trevi Fountain. It was a bit much for us but staff is excellent and nice amenity is free admission to the underground museum as well as full breakfast.

The facility is heavily used due to location and you could see that wear and tear a bit in the room. There was some water damage in our room from the glass shower wall. Tough to keep the room pristine during high season I’m sure.

Excellent location next Trevi Fountain with good access to Rome center, clean and well maintained, friendly staff, very quiet, nice breakfast

My suite was in a separate building behind the hotel, although very elegant room but the access was weird as you have to go through 3 doors to enter the room, there was a small backyard connecting to the room that was not maintained and it was a security concern for me

Loved the hotel and location. Showers were wonderful. Bed very comfortable Breakfast was delicious

Everything was as described. Lovely, large room, calm aesthetic, comfortable beds, very strong shower, excellent housekeeping, lovely staff. At first we were concerned about the crowds from the Trevi Fountain, but in fact, it was a treat to be in the midst of so many people having fun, and the hotel is just that little bit away, on a quiet side street, that you can avoid the crowds if you choose. Excellent restaurants with in five minutes.

Great location, small hotel (not a 5 stars) Great breakfast, good management. We had a problem about the AC at the room and the sent us to a different hotel. I was happy to get a solution when had a problem. The bad part was, took the hole day to transferred us to the other hotel.

Really sad when I have to hear from employee , I guess was a manager / barman that the problem with the AC was not from the hotel but from a law in Rome that prohibited the room get too cold. In other words: try to call me a “stupid American “ The concierge have no good network. If you need any reservations you better to do yourself.

the television the was not French channels except the news and the remote contrôle complicated for me watch others channels not news in English or French I spent hours without watching TV

Location Cleanness

Not direct access to the hotel- needing to go out and walk around to the main entrance.

We didn’t expect THAT gorgeous service right close to the Trevi fountain, the room (Sole twin delux) is the best and we are planning to come back there again. Alessandro @ the reception is the nicest guy in the world.All the restaurant waiters - our Princes :) Restaurant / menu is sophisticated and high class, just go there and have a nicest dinner, finish it with a lemon sorbet with a sprinkle of champagne. And of course - the view from our room was the best. Thank you, Harry’s bar Trevi hotel, we are your fans forewer and will be coming back. PS: chose to order transfer to/from the airport by them, worth every euro, ask them to arrange it and you will be delivered right to the hotel doors by a cool car with a very nice driver.
