Hotel is situated at the perfect place. You can walk to every major tourist site easilly. Hotel is in made in beautifull style, there are some imperfections and blemishes on walls or decoration. But who cares about that really... Everything was clean and staff was very helpfull and full of positive energy.

You might want to have a breakfast elsewhere. What they had was very good but very basic. Nothing to complain about, just if you like bigger breakfast or something warm you might want to go elsewhere (it will take less than one minute to find a good spot).

Right next to the Trevi fountain, but not loud in the room. location for us was perfect and really easy to find.

It felt a bit like the room wasn’t cleaned properly. It had a strange smell, but maybe because the building and furnitures are old. Apart from that, everything was good

we stayed 5 nights right beside the Trevi Fountain easy walking distance to most big sites further walk to St Peter’s Square/ Vatican but a 10E taxi will get you there fantastic restaurant just a few steps to the left if the front door … La Mangia e Trevi… nothing fancy but amazing food.. reasonable price and the loveliest staff … we are there every night except the first night.. we were treated like regulars in the hotel Michaela in the was so lovely .. she knew our coffee order by day 2.. for us breakfast was great .. we ate a good brekkie and didn’t eat anything until our dinner that night the price was excellant and what we could afford for the centre of Rome

the property is old.. that’s Rome it is dated the place could do with an upgrade .. but that would upgrade their prices yes you could see the age in the place and the mould in the bathroom but our room was serviced daily with clean towels and sheets … there is a whiff off the pipes .. but we visited in November cooler weather the dining area could be decorated and upgraded a bit… it is small

The atmosphere and decoration of the hotel. We had an excellent triple room well insulated with large windows and lots of space and light! Friendly staff, specially the lady arranging breakfast - made a great cappuccino and made us feel welcomed - which was rare case in Rome) and reception arranged a very convenient taxi to the airport. We loved the hotel and how convenient it was being in the center , 7 min walk from the forums.. 30seconds from Fontana de Trevi...etc..

It wasn't on booking referred the touristic city tax of 6€ per night per person (not included also on the final presented price of booking.com) that goes to the city not the hotel but anyway since we were 3 it's an extra expense we were not aware of. - Breakfast could have for example one cake "homemade" or better quality croissants but we had fruit and the boiled eggs with salad which was healthy!

Super central all major attractions a brisk 10 min walk or less. Had a fancy vibe to it. Breakfast was one of the best I've had in Europe

I'm no idiot for that central location it will have some downsides. But they were absolutely outweighed by all the positives of this hotel. I'm talking a bit low pressure on the shower A bit of mould on the silicone around the bath. But 100% will stay here again

Fantastic location for a first time visit to Rome. Room was quiet and a great size. Staff were very friendly. The breakfast was also good and room freshened after both nights which we were not expecting on a short stay. Would recommend to anyone visiting. Hotel also let us store bags on the day before check-in and on the day we left which was great as we didn't need to carry all bags with up.

Some mould in bathroom which could be fixed easily. However this wouldn't stop us returning here.

The breakfast was poor. Only toast, croissants and yogurt. It was interesting to note that only certain guests were asked if they would like cheese or salami and they were privately offered some on a plate :D only apples for fruit.

The location was great. Really central. A good base to spend time in Rome. Very helpful staff. We liked it so much we came back three weeks later. The only downside was the breakfast which we didn’t rate so we ate breakfast elsewhere. But it was still worth it.

The breakfast was very poor but ther3 are lots of places close by wher3 you can get something to eat.

I have traveled to Rome a couple of times before, but this hotel is by far the best I have stayed in in terms of location and courtesy of the staff. Mr. Hussein (at the reception) was very kind to us and also took care of our belongings which we were storing before our late night flight. The breakfast spread is good and the coffee is just delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
