The staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating. Our room was incredibly tidy with a lovely view out from the balcony. Breakfast every morning was also lovely.
Building works across right next to the hotel was a bit of a detractor as it was noisy during the day. Also the air conditioning in the rooms was older and set to a timer that we couldn't seem to change so room was a little too warm at night.

The air conditioner spontaneously stop working. We haven't been told about the water in the fridge, it costs 1 euro per bottle. Nothing serious.

Good hotel. Friendly staff. Reception works non-stop. Excellent underground garage. We got into the room earlier, we didn't have to wait for 14:00. Thank you very much, we will come again :)

I liked the breakfast, and although i don't like sweets i loved the ones to the breakfast! The room was spacious! As i went for business purposes i loved that it had parking, also i was able to eat in less than 5 minutes walk.
I would like the shower unit to have shower kit, not only shower head.

The staff were exceptional from check in to departure. very accommodating. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping were very helpful. The room was cleaned Daly and the staff very helpful,. pets are allowed at a nominal fee. I would stay again ,
the wallpaper needs replacing, but otherwise ok.

Staff was lovely, allowed us to have drinks on the terrace at night, arranged taxis to the airport for us and had a great level of English!

The personnel was very friendly and in the hotel was quiet. Cleaned rooms and good price. Close to Ciampino airport and very close to bus station which takes you to Colosseum.

Great location if you want to visit the Via Appia like we did. Dogs are welcome for extra cost! Staff is really friendly and nice.
