I had some concerns about this hotel because there are not so many reviews, but as we did the reservation just some days before the trip, did not have too many options. BUT! Everything was more than fine. The room looks exactly like in the pictures, everything seems to be new, very clean and classy. There is a coffee machine in the room, every day we got capsules, sugar, milk for it. The bathroom is also clean and comfy. There is a well-working hair-dryer(this must be important for girls). The receptionist is nice, friendly, helpful, always ready to help and shares very useful information about the city and transportation possibilities. We got there earlier than check-in time, and when the room was ready, they messaged us via Whatsup, and our luggage waited for us in the room. We got special attention which we never had in any other hotel with the same price category. We skipped the breakfast option (no breakfast at place, you would need to take few steps to San Bernardo restaurant), we rather grabbed something in the corridor in front of the hotel from a Cafe, and did not miss the usual hotel breakfast at all.

I consider the price high because of the location, and not being a "real" hotel. Still good experience. E.g.: It was a bit strange to us, that the building is not entirely the hotel, only few floors belong to the property. We had our keycard which was used to the street door, for opening the main door in our floor, and also for our room. All went smoothly, though. The property is located close to Termini, and Republica metro station, Nazionale/Torino bus stop. We mainly used public transport, or taxi to get back the hotel, so do not expect to step out and immediately be in the middle ancient Rome, but you will be close to it.

Via Torino’! Location, Location, Location ! And it was so cool an apartment! Loved it, amazing secure building with the coolest old lift that the kids loved 😊

It was lovely, well appointed and an awesome bathroom. The staff were just amazing and available on WbatsApp pretty much all the time - they booked everything for us and recommended restaurants which were all different and amazing food and ambiance .,, just brilliant. I remember contacting the team for a last minute booking out of reception hours and apologizing for the last minute request … they simply messaged me back ‘Sir, we are at your disposal’ - My family was extremely grateful and appreciative ❤️

The hotel is super close to the main train station termini and you have all the possibilities to get around basically everywhere by walking distances of more or less 24-27mins. Please book a room to the inner-garden as the room (this what we had) was loud on the street-side. The small garden is amazing and beautiful but they have birds in a cage :(

It's called eco-hotel but we couldn't find anything ecologically backed. There was no possibility to recycle things. The bed is somehow hard and you could easily get your back hurt after 2-3 days, what happened to me.

The highlight of our stay was concierge Harry who was above & beyond helpful. The minute we arrived, he met us & helped with our bags, arranged airport taxi for our departure, gave us local resturant recommendations (which was excellent) & helped us book for sold out colussium tour ( we had 1 day). He could easily be working at the St. Regis hotel but we got him @41. The breakfast was provided by a nearby restaurant and included 3 options. I had the Mediterranean breakfast which was delicious & fresh. Heart of the city center. Bed comfortable. Good design flow of our small room.

The hotel was being painted & the elevator was covered in plastic which hid the Art Deco gem. Due to the age of the elevator I could hear the pull of the elevator from my room in the evenings, but all the walking & comfortable bedding will put you to sleep. Room was small but tha Rome, old city.

This Location was great as it was right next to a hostel another one of our friends was staying at. Plenty of spots to eat at just a short walk away. We enjoyed being able to walk from our place to a lot of local attractions. TV had netflix capabilities which was easy to navigate and great for us english speakers that wanted to relax with a movie after a long day of exploring. Elevator is antique and small but easy to use and adds to the character (if you have stayed in paris a lot of their elevators are like this in boutique spots). Front desk is just a text away if you have any questions. Bathroom was great and clean. Would love to stay here again!

I honestly dont have any complaints, I really liked staying here.

- The room was sparkling clean, and also got cleaned everyday. - Location was very good. - Our receptionist was very kind and welcoming. He also made really good suggestions for restaurants and cafes for breakfast. - The design of the room was good and the bed was comfy.

The main entrance to the building makes some noise to room 101 while it is opening and closing. It is not directly from the hotel but because of the building itself. It is not really disturbing if you are not a light sleeper.

it’s like an oasis in the craziness of Rome. so clean, modern, and private but in a building with an elevator from 1929 and a gorgeous mini piazza when you open the door from the street. the staff was lovely and I loved that it was close to so many things but also a bit out of the fray.

loved it all. it’s not for someone who wants many services from a hotel (breakfast, staff 24x7, other people around all the time) but if you are more self sufficient it is perfect.

Maybe due to the fact that it seemed recently renovated, but I have never seen a cleaner location in my life. Everything was clean, modern and comfortable. Also, the location was perfect.

The building has an old style elevator, small and high maintenance. I didn't feel comfortable taking it up 4 floors, even though it looked like a piece of art.

The property was conveniently located, the room was clean and comfortable. Henry kindly provided an upgraded room (for our anniversary) which was greatly appreciated. The benefit of a lift was great as it was very hot and helped reduce the effort with our luggage.

Really no complaints.
