Very good location - could easily walk to sightseeings (20min Colosseum, 15min Trevi Fountain etc) or take a bus to Vatican in the corner (bus ride 20min). Roma Termini station 10min walk, very convenient. Breakfast was simple but ok for 3 days: coffee, juices, breads, croissants, cakes, cheese, salami, ham, fruits, joghurt, cereals. Our room was on the 4th floor and was renovated, very spacious with good air conditioning. Everything was nice and clean, very friendly staff.

Friendly staff, great facilities (our room was pretty new), and overall great experience. It was a little pricy in my mind, but compared to other hotels in the area the price was okay. If I ever go back to Rome, I'd check this place up.

Hotel Patria offers a very good cost efficiency rate in a privileged location in Rome. We arrived by train and it is walking distance from Termini. The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable and rather silent for such a central location. The ac worked perfectly during the hot summer days we spent in the city. The breakfast has a good variety of food and is at a reasonable price, there are, nonetheless, many options of cafes around the area.

They have smart TVs in the rooms but they are not connected to the internet. That was a bit disappointing. I also would like to suggest that the management consider adding an electric kettle to the rooms.

The staff could not have been more helpful and wonderfully pleasant!! They assisted us with touring info and directions as well as recommending eating establishments. Dennis at the front desk was exceptionally courteous and helpful. The rooms were small, rather old (as expected for this part of Rome) but very clean. The location was ideal for proximity to key attractions (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colloseum - each about a 12 minute walk from hotel). Overall, excellent value for money. BTW, the Osteria Bistro up the street (out the hotel door, turn left) was exceptional for breakfast AND dinner/ supper.

The location of this hotel is perfect for sightseeing, close to the Termini, Metro and bus connections. Everywhere was with in walking distance for a stroll through this beautiful city. The staff at the hotel are exceptional; friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast is adequate with a range of things to choose from and the coffee is great! My room was very, very clean and the bed was possibly the most comfortable I have slept in when I'm on holiday. There are lots of restaurants around the hotel if you don't want to venture too far, shopping is nearby and it's only a fairly short walk to the Trevi fountain and the Pantheon. I would recommend this hotel for its location, the helpful, friendly staff and comfort. It's not the most luxurious hotel in Rome, but what it lacks in luxury it makes up for elsewhere in bag-fulls. On the whole, my stay was great and if I go back to Rome, I'll book in again.

The bathroom could do with an update. That said, it was kept immaculately clean by the housekeeping staff.

Very friendly staff and super helpful with suggestions and information for Rome. Room are clean and tidy, noisy between rooms so pack ear buds if you’re a light sleeper. Very central in Rome and easy to walk to from the main train station. Easy to navigate to the main historical sites. Cafe outside and downstairs from the hotel is fantastic for coffee and something to eat. AC works well and can open windows for fresh air if wanted.

Could very easily hear noise/conversations/sounds from other rooms.

This hotel is 10 minutes walk from the Roma Termini Train station. It is 20 minutes leisure walk to major attractions and shopping areas. The BigBus Hop on and Off 1st stop is 5 minutes walk. The Basilica’s Santa Maria Maqqiore is opposite the hotel. The receptionist Dennis was excellent in checking us in and politely explained. The room is big, spacious, clean, comfortable and bright. The breakfast from 7-10am was nice. Excellent location, wonderful stay and easy to explore Rome.

the staff were great, the location is quite good, the hotel (being renovated) is also nice. Rooms are tidy and clean. Staff ready to help and speak English well.

my own fault, but I didn't know that breakfast wasn't included in the fees so I was charged more than I'd budgeted for. Again, that was my fault for not reading the forms correctly. It was a fantastic breakfast, by the way.

Three things I liked - the location is perfect for the main sites, the breakfast fare is varied and plentiful, all the staff on the reception desk are brilliant - helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble day or night. Cannot thank them enough for making me feel so welcome

It would be really nice if you could get a hot drink in the evening as it gets pretty cold at times. A vending machine would I believe pay for itself very quickly. There is quite a lot of traffic noise which is inevitable.
