24 hour reception, greeted us at 4 am after our flight was extremely delayed. informative & helpful staff who spoke English. our room was away from the street noise, and very quiet. Small hotel. close to restaurants and shopping, subway and bus lines. comfortable beds.
Street door was a challenge to open at times. Elevator was small, but was glad we didn’t have to walk up 4 flights!

The location of the Hotel is perfect, you can easily do everything by foot and, when needed, you can get the metro (M4 Republica) in less than 5 minutes walking. You can reach most of all tourist attractions within minutes and the main street (Via Nazionale) has lots of restaurants, cafes and stores. The room is big and it has air conditioning which is really important during summer in Italy. Staff is friendly and always there if you need something.
Small improvements in the room would be nice such as fixing the bathroom door.

Was the same as advertised on the site. Airconditioning worked beautifully, Wi-Fi worked well, and breakfast was very enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful and we felt very safe during our three night stay.
No complaints really, room and balcony could have been slightly bigger but it was still comfortable as it was with three people. The elevator was a little bit scary but worked fine.

bathroom Towels were a bit old and showed signs of wear. we initially thought they were dirty as some had older stains. Breakfast room was small and breakfast had limited selection - some cold deli meats and fresh cheese would have been nice

They can’t turn on the AC not until summer. We went in May 2023, it’s a but stuffy inside the room, good thing we can open the window.

Great staff, very helpful and hospitable. Made us feel at home all the time. Bathroom is good and clean, beds and pillows are comfortable. Tea making facilities in the room.

The staff was very kind. They even gave us a bigger room than the one we booked, as soon as she was free, after the first two days of stay.

Excellent location close to main attractions and comfortable stay! As a bonus we had a cool Irish pub with live music in the evening on the ground floor of the building. The staff was very friendly too. Will definitely come again.

It was a good stay, close to the Coliseum, Roma Termini, Altar Della Patria and Trevi Fountain, very clean hotel, has an elevator, smooth check in and check out.
The walls are a little thin, so we could hear the conversation from the next room, which disturbed our sleep a little.

Basic breakfest but with sufficient choise. Very good location, easy to reach any attraction. Nice Irish Pub with live music near the hotel.
No major issues to report. The place was used only for sleeping between the sightseeing days
