Rome Garden Hotel

This hotel is in a very good location and not far from the subway and local buses. Our room on the top floor was excellent and we had a lovely terrace we could sit and relax on after a long days sightseeing. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels in the bathroom and had a very large comfy bed and although our room faced the busy main road we were not disturbed in the least by traffic. The continental buffet breakfast was very nice and plentiful. The staff were very friendly and the staff on reception were most kind offering advice on places to eat etc. we would definitely stay at this hotel again as it has such a friendly and informal atmosphere.

It's a cute hotel, nice staff and decent breakfast. It was raining so I didn't experience the terace. It must be nice in spring/summer.

The interior of the room could have some more colors (everything was brown). Rooms have lovely old doors but you can hear everything that goes in the hallway.

The staff was exceptional, the room was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious! We received amazing service from Mario, Franco, and Diego. They took a real interest in helping us locate our bags that American Airlines lost. They were super helpful and accommodating. We will not hesitate to come back!

The room was very spacious which is something you don't find often with hotels in Rome. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Could have done with a bar, even if this is only bottled items staffed by reception. Bus services to its location were sketchy, highly recommend using the Uber bikes/scooters.

staff was very considerate and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable and they looked very nice. the breakfast was also very good and had many great options. I would definitely recommend this hotel! also the location was not far from the metro.

The stuff was amazing and really helpful with everything! The room was luxurious and really clean! The breakfast service was outstanding! The location is a bit far from the city center but the public transport serves the location really well!

The breakfast could be a little more rich, the WiFi coverage was limited in some areas of the room and there was some weird mold-like smell near the room door.

Fantastic little hotel, perfect to stay with the kids for a few days. Staff are so nice and helpful, even allowed us to stay an extra hour in our room on check-out day as it was raining heavily. Highly recommended!

More electrical sockets in the rooms would be nice, people normally have a few devices to charge - laptops, phone, tablet etc.

the old lady who did buffet breakfast was very grumpy and obviously did not like the group of 9 people ( us)

Nice hotel in ex residential building on via Nomentana close to historic centre, we've got the room on top of entrance with a spacious balcony with tinted glass that you can see on pictures of facade

Planning if this building clearly was made for residential purposes, but that's not really a problem for the guests. Hard to recall any issue at all.

Room size, location.

Sound isolation in the room wasn't great, hearing neighbours and people on the parking.
