Great family hotel sitauted in preserved building. Location is perfect-just 2-3 stops to the city centre. Very kind, friendly and helpful staff - all family members are taking care of you. In the morning, they prepare you a coffee while you have breakfast. Just to note, for the breakfast you will have sweets-toasts, croasiants, fruit... Rooms are very clean, tiles on the floor also. We were in one-bedroom apartment so 2 persons have a bedroom with a king size bed and small one extra bed. In the living room there is sofa for other 2 persons. Sleeping on the sofa is not the most comfortable, but you will be tired and sleep like a baby. Bathroom is spacious, but there could be few hangings for the towels. All in all - we will come again!

The guest house is a small family business. Everything is on a very personal level, family and staff are very friendly, helpful and speak good English. Breakfast is nice, but only sweet. If you prefer salty breakfast, you can keep your own things in the refrigerator. There is a lot of space in the suite (we had one big room, with a smaller room attached, no door in between, and then the bathroom). For our son we rented a baby bed, which was provided by the guest house, as well. The rooms were very clean and also cleaned every day. We went sightseeing every day, mostly by bus, once by tram/metro, which was very easy. The bus station is close by and the busses go direclty to the center of tourist-rome, as well as the Castello St.Angelo. The metro station can be reached by foot or tram and goes directly to the main station or the colosseum, all within 4 stops. We walked to the park Villa Borghese. There is a good restaurant (fair price) and a store within 2 min walking distance. The guest house is in a side street, close to a bigger busy street, but you only hear it when the window is open. Even though the building itself is from the 1800s, the windows are modern and keep out any noise. Also the bathrooms are clean and modern.

For us it wasn't a problem, but you should be aware that rooms open directly to the hallway and are not completely sound proof. Our door was right next to the reception desk, so we could hear when people talked loudly (e.g. checked in or discussed something on the way out) and we assume that people standing in the hallway could hear us, if we were speaking loudly. But that didn't happen often (and then only for a few short moments) and we were moslty out in the city, anyway. The second thing that also was not a problem for us, but could be for others: the entrance can only be reached by ascending the staircase of 8 steps.

Our suite was spacious, clean, comfortable. Breakfast was good, with sweet products, and the coffe was also very good. Location of the B&B was very good, in a quiet neiberhood, close to the bus station, tram, metro supermarket, few restaurants, gelaterias,etc. Also you can arrive to the Rome's objectives walking, aprox 30 -45 min. Congrats to Veronica, Davide and their father for the way how they manage this B&B, they were really nice with us. Thanks for late check-in. As suggestion, a small fridge in room would be more confortable than the one from kitchen.

Veronica was an amazing host and always available by text during our stay in Rome. Her dad Giuseppe met with us on arrival and showed us around. The apartment was perfect for our stay with our 3 teenagers. The rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean and had everything that you would need with a good shower. The apartment is easy to find from Termini bus station. I would recommend this as a place to stay for anyone going to Rome. Thank you so much, Veronica and Giuseppe, for our wonderful stay.

The hosts were super friendly and the location of the property is also really good. Approx 20 minutes walk from the train station. Transport links are excellent to pretty much all the major attractions. Breakfast had a good selection of food. Our room was a really good size and had air conditioning. Would definitely recommend!

The only thing we can feed back on is the shower in our room. The water pressure wasn't strong at all but that's a really minor issue.

The B&B is in a great neighborhood with nice restaurants around, still only 40 min. walking from the main tourist attractions. It was very clean and, luckily, with soundproof windows (unfortunately, our windows faced the street so we could be a bit noisy). The bed was cosy and there were other facilities such as a desk and a hanger that were helpful. The 3 towels per person were also nice. Very friendly and helpful owners (were even able to leave our luggage after check-out and went back to collect them), great communication!

The breakfast was basic and consisted only of sweets (great coffee though). A second key woud have been handy, since we were two and with different schedules, but we managed. Overall, no negative experience though, only things that could be improved to make it perfect.

Perfect location, Our host Carolina and her Dad were wonderful, very helpful when we asked for directions to go around the city. Clean room, confortable beds. Fresh coffee in the morning with breakfast in the dining room was great.

Our room was next to dining room, it was a little noisy early in the morning when families walked to breakfast room. We were ok with that because we were always up early to go explore Rome.

Veronica was very friendly and helpfull. Also the location was perfect: restaraunts and markets close by and bus to Termini takes less than 10 minutes. Quite and peacful location. Policlinico syop only 10 minutes walk, tram and buss line goes near the location (tram lines that goes near Bioparco zoo). We loved our stay and our 7 year ol daughter would have wanted to stay longer. We will come bsck as soon as we can and will book in here bext time too.

Veronica was lovely and so helpful. We asked if we could leave our luggage at the hotel in the morning as we didn't think we could check in until later but wanted to look around rome for the day without our luggage, we were pleasantly surprised when we got there as she made sure the room was ready early. The rooms were comfy, everything was nicely decorated. The breakfast was lovely too. Had a good selection (yoghurt, cereal, pie, toast, juices, coffee/tea ect).

There was nothing we didn't like, everything was great.
