LH Hotel Lloyd Roma

Clean: room, bathroom, towels, bed linen, Security: 24 hours staff, especially at night, Breakfast: very good, Staff: Very helpful, Transportation: 5 mins walk & good enough service, Supermarket & market: Very close & variety of products from fruits to personal goods, Restaurants: A wide variety from sushi to local cusine very close.

Wifi: Everywhere but slow, Sockets: Old and must be hold when your remove an apparatus, Breakfast area: small inside. If the weather permits the ouside area then is very good, Restaurants: close during afternoon.

The room was very good. And the location is good as well. Everything was very good.

It was very quiet place and also very close to the bus stops. Hotel was very clean and also they have very good breakfast. I forget my baggage in the hotel and they help me in everything❤️

We don’t like one worker-Receptionist boy who was very sarcastic. We have problem with keys because it wasn’t opening our door and he was speaking with us like we were stupids and when i asked him to come and help he didn’t come and his answer was i showed u 3 times madam. I think that anytime when guest will have problem they must help them because i need support at that time, when i cannot enter my room never with this card.

Everything. I know is a 3 star hotel but the service was 5 stars. We felt so welcome and taken care of. The room was very clean and spacious, the AC worked amazing which is already the mega selling point of this hotel (we stayed in some other 4 stars hotels that the ac didn’t work as well as this one) Breakfast was buffet style with EVERYTHING. I honestly loved staying here, we slept 5 nights and it was a treat.

Nothing

The room was large, clean and private. Much larger than a usual 3 star hotel in Rome. Doesn't feel dated at all. The location is nice, since you are near Villa Borghese and not so close to the crowds of tourists. The breakfast was good. We will return to this place, since for the price you get much more you would ever expect.

The water pressure in the shower could be better, but it's not a big deal.

The hotel is located really close to all the attractions in Rome, easy to find and only 7 min from Termini. Hotel is clean, staff friendly and very helpful, breakfast amazing, but be aware is European breakfast don't expect bacon and eggs, love the stay and for sure I will recommend for friends 😀

Shower is Really small

Good location, helpful and nice staff. The breakfast is also very complete. The room was clean and ready for us, and very spacious. Good value for the price and close to the train station and buses that take you to the important places.

The hotel is old so there was some cigarette smell in some of the floors and the elevator is small, but nothing that would stop me from staying here.

The hotel was very very nice. I actually didn’t expect to be this good as it was. The room was clean, the room had air conditioning which it was very important for us, the people to the reception were the kindest, they also helped us and gave us information about the transport. The breakfast was amazing. They have a variety of choices and also very delicious. So happy that we stayed in this hotel!! For sure when I come back to Italy I’ll be staying at the same hotel!!

We've loved the location, cus it's close to the centre and the main sights. The transport is diversified, but the vehicles are always in late. The crew was kind and flexible, we arrived so much later than we have expected, and they solved all problem kindly. The bed was comfortable and using AC is in the price. Break fast was delicious.

The bathroom. The bathtube was incredibly gross. On the last morning, there wasn't enough water to take a shower and elevator has been out of order.

Decent size comfortable room, very clean bathroom and good selection of breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. We even got complimentary coffe at reception before we left on our last day.

I've no complaints. The only complaint I had was that my key wasn't working but friendly staff got this sorted for me immediately.
