Great location, super close to key landmarks. Easy to access all public transport. Quiet even though close to main roads. Great to utilise the shared kitchen area / fridge. The owner Pietro was very lovely and accomodating and providing recommendations on what to see and where to eat :)

We stayed in the small double room, and it was a bit of a squeeze for 2 people and 2x large suitcases. Although this was the case, Pietro was very lovely and willing to provide us a room upgrade if it was available! Would be great to detail check-in process so people are aware to message on arrival since it’s in a locked building :)

Flavia was SO kind and helpful, the room was extremely clean, well-furnished, and comfortable, and the best part - it was so close and convenient to all the sites we wanted to see! I would definitely book this room again on a future trip to Rome.

It would have been helpful to know there is no a lobby or sign at the street level, only because I’m our tiredness (and in the dark) we got a little lost looking for the front door. But Flavia was there waiting and found us when we circled back around!

The location was absolutely great! close distance to local cafeterias and restaurant and really everything else ;) the host was helpful:) bonus of ability to use Netflix ( very nice of the host ) also well working air con :) Pietro kept good contact with us on arrival.

I don't know if I missread it but I was a bit surprised to find out we had to share kitchen .. if I knew that I would not take this location as my husband doesn't like sharing rooms with others . the shower was tiny and there was no space to dry wet clothes .

The location was perfect, you could walk to all local attractions. Many good restaurants in just 1-2 minute walk. Taliani was great for breakfast, Black market hall and the flann o’brien were good for evening drinks. The best bit about the stay was Pietro. He allowed us to check in early which was quick and easy as well as giving us tips and recommendations for Rome. He even helped us in the rest of our travels around Naples and Positano!

Room was small but perfect for what we needed. The apartment had all the things we needed. Hairdryer could do with an upgrade.

This was one of our best stays on a 5 week trip to Europe. While we had a plumbing issue when we arrived, Pietro went out of his way to fix it straight away and treated us to a bottle of wine at a lovely local restaurant as an apology. Otherwise the room was clean, modern, spacious and there was a common area with a kitchen available for use. We will stay here again when we come back to Rome one day!

Perfect location for all the main attractions, great resteraunts nearby, great room for a great price. Would love to come again and see even more. in 3 days from this location we went to Colosseum, Spanish steps, Pantheon, Trevi fountain, and Vatican City. When we arrived Pietro gave us tips and a travel map! A free limoncello at the end of our meal at the nearby resteraunts! no faults at all

A great apartment in a fantastic location to explore the whole of Rome. Pietro was so friendly and helpful during our stay, offering recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The air conditioning system was a life saver as we visiting during 36 degree heat! and the TV with netflix was a great added extra in the room.

We weren't able to store our luggage on our day of departure but only due to the apartment being fully booked out for this day but Pietro was apologetic and informed us of luggage storage nearby.

The location was perfect , in the heart of Rome . You can walk to many importants location like Fontana di Trevi , Colloseum and many more , like 10 15 min walking .Pietro our host was awesome , he waited us even if we were late like 1 hour because of the airplane . He show us all the places to visit in Rome and also reccomended us top restaurants where the food was awesome .The room was perfect ,we had coffe in the room also very clean , cozy bed ,big Tv with Netflix . The share kitchen is perfect if you want to prepare something to eat in the morning . We loved our stay and the next time when we will visit Rome we will come back at Pietro . I can’t tell you more because you need to come here to stay and visit Rome to enjoy everything .

The room itself had everything we need. The host was very friendly. It's close to almost every tourist attraction in Rome, we really liked its location

The room in an apartment is organized in a way that there are separate smaller rooms. One of them would belong to you. That's why the rooms can be smaller than you expect. The apartment smells musty but not our room thankfully.

Location is good. Cost-benefit is wonderful. Staff is kind. Simple and practical.

It's a bit hard finding the place, and there isn't a doorbell. You MUST call the property when you reach it to get inside. These instructions should be made clearer when booking.
