Exe International Palace

We were surprized by the hotel upon arrival.. The hotel is so authentic and designed in a classical manner. I would rate it 5 star hotel. The location is super convenient. Trevi fountain is within walking distance (10 minute walk approximately). Very safe neighbourhood, more like high end street. Metro is just 5 minute walk. We will definetey stay there next time

Very friendly and helpful stuff at reception and housekeeping. They helped us with anything we asked for and they did even extra We would also thank to Samantha with our check out. I am pretty sure this was best price/quality choice hotel. I would recommend it.

Wifi in the room could be better.

just a few minutes walk from the Train Station so no need to queue for taxi’s. ideally located for all tourists attractions, apart from the Vatican which is easily accessible if you purchase a hop on hop off bus tour ticket. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was good. Rooms are clean and of a good standard. We discovered a 2 ring electric hob hidden away in one of the wardrobes. We weren’t informed of this and not sure if it worked or not.

Not much choice of hot food for vegetarians. There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. No iron. only one single plug socket so had to unplug the lamp so that we could charge our mobile phones up.

We stayed at the junior suite the room was great exactly as in the pictures. Spacious bright with a huge bathroom and a small living room with extra space. We opted out of breakfast so no opinion there. The staff were great, very helpful and polite with a smile on their faces at all times. The hotel in general was very clean, taken care of and with great temperature both during rainy and hot days. The location was great as well. 5 minutes from the metro/tube (direct line to vatican city). 15 mins walk from fontana di trevi, bus station right infront of the hotel (buses 64&70 take you to all touristy places). We will def choose it again.

The location is excellent we were able to walk to Trevi fountain, colloseum, Spanish steps etc. Bus stop for tour just around the corner and to get back to airport. The room was small but I have a feeling that's typical in Rome and unfortunately too warm for us but we didn't ask anyone to fix our air con. The bathroom was lovely and big though. Really pleasant stay, clean, comfy, good location I would recommend and come back, We were rarely in the hotel tbh.

The room was quite small and dated but I think this can be common for city breaks and house keeping weren't very good we had to ask for towels and toilet roll and it was warm. But the bathroom was huge and lovely by comparison. really did impact our stay though, location and comfort and cleanliness topped all.

The locations is outstanding - right in the heart of the city and walking distance to attractions such as the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colosseum and Pantheon. It is easy to get to from Roma Termini (main train station in Rome). We had a room on the top floor and we couldn't hear any noise, despite being in the heart of the city and on a main road. The wi-fi was reliable, the beds were very comfortable, and there is great air conditioning. Staff were very helpful, and impressively multilingual.

Minor issue - would have liked a bigger fridge in the room. Couldn't fit any of our own snacks/ water alongside the minibar items.

had to go down the street for breakfast as it was under renovation. the shower was a little awkward as the hose was too short

The staff were so friendly and kind. They always smiled and said hello, they answered every question we had and helped us with directions and when our room was not cleaned they sorted it straight away. I read such good reviews about the hotel and it was better than I thought it would be.

Stronger WiFi. But the WiFi was usable so it's not an issue. We managed perfectly fine.

From start to finish, there was very little we could fault about the service we received. Reception very welcoming and helpful as well as prompt to get us through check in so we could go to our room and rest. The room size was great, bathroom size very decent and the shower water pressure was excellent. The double window meant noise from the main street was reduced and we had no problem sleeping. Location is very central (decent walking distance from Termini) and we managed to walk around all weekend only using the metro or bus once or twice. Cleanliness in our room was 10 out of 10 and I really appreciated this.

hotel is located within walking distance to all major attractions, maybe with the exemption of Vatican City. The front entrance is amazing. staff where more than welcoming and rooms where cleaned fresh towels etc left every day.

The only things that I could possibly mark down on was the carpets look a bit worn and dated in places and the walls seem fairly thin to the next rooms.
