Hotel St. Moritz

the staff was really nice, especially the ladies that worked while breakfast was served. The room was cosy and clean, the location is perfect. Everything is 15-25mins away by foot.

The atmosphere of an old building is amazing. The hotel is located close to all important pleases. The personal is responsive. I want to thank Roberto for the help.

The hotel is located close to the station. There is a grocery store about a minute away. It is easy to walk to many attractions from here. And there is a hop on hop off bus stop close to the station. The hotel has been modernized inside. Our booking included breakfast: breakfast consisted of juice, coffee, tea, as well as bread, cheese, meat, yogurt, cereal, boiled eggs and fruit. Staff were very friendly.

There was nothing I didn’t like. As in many European hotels, the shower is small which might be an issue for some. Also, the tiled bathroom floor was dangerously slippery if you stepped out of the shower with wet feet straight onto the tile. Make sure you use the bath mat provided.

Service friendly and prompt. Great breakfast and room was large with outdoor balcony. Excellent location and great value for money. This is not five star but we loved the real italian experience privacy and service. Definitely stay again.

Breakfast was cheap for 5 euros per person. The roof of the room was incredibly ornate, with wooden beams and paintings which were amazing and we did not expect at all. It was nice to wake up to see the paintings on the ceiling. The front desk person was amazing and gave us lot of useful information about travelling around.

The breakfast variety is limited with bread, pastries, boiled egg and coffee. They should have included some hot fresh breakfast.

The comfort, the kind women serving breakfast every morning and remembering what we'd like to have, great staff at reception who helped us have a take out at a nearby wonderful pizzeria even in the past working hours of kitchen and the pizza was absolutely fabulous, and they helped us also with organising taxi transfer back to the airport. We absolutely loved everything during our whole stay 🥰 The room was comfortable and the location was great especially if you want to enjoy the city without long walks to biggeest attractions. Hotel's street Via Nazionale has good bus lines too, so you are everywhere in 5-10 minutes. We truly enjoyed our trip, thank you. ❤️

Exceptional service by reception who organised our transport from and back to Rome airport. The room was a standard 3 star room which was clean and met our expectations. Everything went smoothly. We did not take advantage of the breakfast which only cost 5 euros each which was much cheaper than the breakfast we had later on in a nearby cafe.

The breakfast was perfect. The ladies serving were so sweet every morning and remembered us when we came down. The food was delicious and we were well taken care of by all hotel staff. The location was perfect and elevator was a lifesaver. We were able to store our bags after check out so we had time to explore the city before our evening flight.

We weren’t aware of the remote control needed for the AC, however that is no fault of the hotel and only our own ignorance.

Location, location, location :) You can easily reach Roma Termini by walk and also Coloseum and V.E. Momunent is very close. I appreciate also comfy and functional bathroom. Breakfast is modest - plate of ham and cheese for every person. Croissant, yougurt, cake or hard boiled eggs from seflservice table.

Be aware of noise from streets. It is not possible to sleep with open window. But A/C is on room so no problem. I found pillows very hard for me. Bud my husband has no problem with it. So it depends :)

We had another property cancel our booking at the last minute and we only had a few hours to organise another accommodation and fly from Paris. The owners of this accommodation were very responsive to get back to me to book our last minute accommodation. Our plane was delayed by nearly three hours and when I contacted the accommodation owners to say we would probably be very late to arrive (it was past 2am in the end) they told us not to worry and that they were available all night for whenever we arrived. They were waiting at the door when we arrived. We missed our transfers as the plane was so delayed and had to catch a taxi - the driver wouldn’t take card as payment so one of the hotel staff walked me to an ATM and back again to get some cash. He also checked the amount we were charged to ensure it was a reasonable price. We had a pretty stressful day/night when we arrived in Rome and the owners of this accommodation were so kind and helpful, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location too! Within walking distance of all the big attractions.

The property is reasonably old but represents good value for money.
