The breakfast could have more food and options for all tastes.

Great location, a 15 minute walk to Trevi Fountain and Colosseum. Property is very quiet, you can hear no street noise. It is so clean and modern, beds and pillows super comfortable which is great after long days walking around Rome.

Air Con could have been better. Also to get in and out of the property you need to scan a QR code. This should have been sent 48hrs prior to arrival but it wasn’t sent in time so I couldn’t print it out before I left home. This meant I needed to ensure I had battery left in my phone at the end of the day to get back in.

Great location near shopping and lots of great little restaurants. Felt like we were close enough to walk places. Sometimes we took a short cab ride when necessary. Giovanna was super nice and helpful when we first arrived. Our bed was nice. My kids were on cots and that was just fine. The bathroom is soooo nice!!! Excellent shower. Very clean. Would stay again. Stayed in the room ‘Tiberia’.

One thing- sometimes the lift wasn’t available. But not a huge issue. It wasn’t the hotel’s fault. Second- For some reason I thought breakfast was included but I was mistaken. That would be one thing I would have liked. But again, not a big issue.

Great location, room is modern, new and very stylish. Kettle in the room,coffee machine in the shared kitchen. Good pillows. Breakfast wasn't diverse, yet delicious. Great bathroom.

You can't enter the floor without using the qr code and video you receive to your phone. It's a tricky situation if you run out of battery on don't have signal, since there is usually no one at the reception. The owner is very reachable on WhatsApp, but again, you depend solely on your phone. Mattress was on the soft side. Only plastic cups,not suitable for hot beverages. There is an elevator, but tight, only for 2 people max. Breakfast is served at the downstairs restaurant, includes orange juice, coffee and croissant. After 8.30 you can get scrambled eggs instead of the croissant. The view from the windows is directly at the surrounding buildings, so there isn't much view, and you seek privacy you need to close the curtains.

The room was very clean, the bed was quite comfortable and the washroom was nice. When we couldnt locate the QR code to enter, the manager responded right away. We were happy with our stay. Note, it was a little difficult to find at first, but when you did, it was great. It was about a 10 - 15 min walk from the train station and was fairly central to many other attractions. We were able to walk to Trevi and many other areas (only taxi'd to the Vatican and taxi station was right around the corner). There are 2 restaurants right below the room as well.

Great location. Romae Rex was “away” from attractions but close enough to walk to. It’s a secure facility. Luciano and Iryana were very welcoming and kind and super helpful. Luciano has connections to everywhere, we needed a taxi, he helped us arrange one. we needed to store our bags after check out, he worked it out with a local bag storing business (and we got a discount!), and the Espresso Bar gives a good Italian breakfast for free when staying at Romae Rex. you can even order things if you want more, and it’s a good price. The room was a bit tight for 4 people, but was clean and had everything we needed. and there was surprisingly a lot of space to also fit 5 suitcases!

Suites Rome rex is absolutely perfect and there's no doubt I'll be booking it again when in Rome. The rooms where spotless and the position could not be more convenient as it is walking distance from the main train station and all the major attraction. Even if there's no hotel lobby, because it is not a hotel, the management of the Suites are very available and helpful.

Nothing not to like!

Our host Luciano was ecceptionally friendly. The hospitality was great. The room is recently renovated and is way bigger than your average hotel room. Everything from hygene to facilities to the location was perfect. Its located near many restaurants for both breakfast, lunch and dinner and everything is cheap to reasonably priced. Especially compared to the more touristy spots. The Colosseum & Forum Romanum are on a 10min walk, Trevi Fountain is also only 15-20mins by foot. The breakfast deal Suites Romae Rex has with a nearby restaurant works out really well. They give you the option to eat breakfast there or you can have it to go. Our stay has been great and so was the hospitality, thank you Luciano

It is located very close to the city center (East ot the Tiber river), so you can easily walk to visit all the places of interest. The room was very well arranged, equipped with a large and comfortable bathroom, everything clean and tidy. The site is well secured. Breakfast is good and is received in a restaurant located next to the property. All needs were covered and Luciano was very kind to us.

I don't have any complain. The site is excellent.

Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Very modern and nice - as pictures show. Many restaurants in the area. However some of them are more tourist-oriented, so make sure to check reviews before.

Breakfast is quite basic so if you are used to a larger breakfast expect to pay a little more. For instance if you prefer yoghurt that will be another 9 EUR per person.
