Hotel Artemide

Perfect stay in a perfect location! We loved everything about it. STAFF was helpful, kind and professional. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT process was smooth and easy. On our departure we were able to leave our baggage at the hotel until afternoon. ROOM is very spacious, quiet, super clean and serviced every day. Most comfortable bed with variety of pillows. Mini bar is free and restocked every day. Bathroom with big shower had all the toiletries you might need. BREAKFAST was amazing. From savoury to sweet food, variety of juices (they have the best freshly squeezed orange juice), great coffee and hot chocolate milk our kid loved. Don't miss on their freshly baked cakes each morning. Staff in breakfast room was superb and we loved this incredible older gentleman (but young in spirit) who took care of everything in that breakfast room. He was so kind, charming, funny and we loved talking to him. Would love to come back to see him again. DINNER AT AMBROSIA restaurant-again amazing food and service. It was such a delight dining there. Don't miss it. Also, we loved their beautiful terrace, we had coffee one morning up there, it was mesmerazing. They even have small garden with spices, peppers, tomatos-lovely! WELLNESS AND SPA - another jackpot after whole day roaming through city of Rome. Such a beautiful relaxing oasis. All in all, that was amazing stay and we will definitely come back.

Friendly helpful staff Lovely Team at breakfast so welcoming. Reception organised trips. Even though this was my first trip alone since my husband died I felt really comfortable and cared for.

My partner accidentally left cash and jewelry in the hotel room safe in Siena a day earlier. Ivan at the front desk got on the phone contacted the Sheraton in Siena and made arrangements to have everything overnighted to us the Artmide. The entire staff was wonderful, the facility is clean and beautiful. The restaurant menu is excellent and it's centrally located downtown. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone on their trip to Rome.

The breakfast is wonderful and the staff is very very kind and attentive. Truly exceptional service. And if you - like me - request a quiet room you will get one. I could sleep well.

Sometimes the answers to questions were a bit „standardized“ but this was really a minor issue. And I feel the spa should be included (if with time slots). But these are minor points.

Everything at Hotel Artemide was excellent: the check-in process with courteous and helpful staff, side room with coffee and tea, the unexpected upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi tub, comfortable beds and pillows, free mini-bar, very nice rooftop restaurant/bar, huge breakfast buffet with so much delicious food, and again, the extremely helpful and happy staff.

It would have been great to be able to check in early, especially after flying all night and not getting any sleep. We arrived at the hotel around 9 a.m. and had to walk around the city until about 3 p.m., exhausted and sweaty, until our room was ready. But I do understand the complexity of being able to do that.

really great Hotel, great Staff, great Breakfast, the Restaurant on the 7th floor is superb. We stayed in an upgraded Room on the sixth floor.

I asked for recommendations on restaurants that was a mistake because they recommended a horrible restaurant so I recommend to ask TripAdvisor instead

An absolutely amazing hotel on every level. Starting with a fantastic location right in the center of Rome. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and spotless as it seemed as though you could eat off of the beautiful marble floors. Everything is so beautiful, sparkling and clean and the hotel itself is designed so beautifully and really does radiate warmth. Our room was really beautiful with such a comfortable big bed, beautiful big bathroom, warm bathrobes which are always great but especially in the winter and the free well stocked mini bar, coffee etc., The staff at the hotel are all amazing, friendly and bright and extremely helpful. We were there 2 weeks earlier prior to our cruise and had arrived after our flight at 9AM not expecting to get a room, however the excellent staff not only gave us a room however upgraded us to a junior suite. That is Excellence & Professionalism for sure. The breakfast dining area is so beautiful and the food is that of an expensive high class restaurant AND served quickly and elegantly. Highly recommend this high class hotel which will offer you a 5 star experience better than any 5 star hotel and that's a fact!

From the moment we arrived at the hotel the guy on the reception was so friendly and lovely. He directed us to the rooftop terrace while we waited for our room and we were met by a lovely lady who seen to us and very friendly with us during our stay. Because it was my husbands special birthday there was a a bottle of wine and a lovely note waiting for us in our room which was a thoughtful gesture, thank you. The breakfast was fab the staff were fantastic very attentive and of course Alexander went that extra mile bringing everyone a little side dish to go with our breakfast he was fabulous. Finally what can I say but where else do you get a free complimentary bar that is so well stocked with drinks and nibbles every day. Cannot wait to return to this Hotel. this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Three of us travelled for my sisters 50th birthday & we had such a fabulous stay. The entire hotel was spotless. Our rooms were really comfortable & we also got complimentary beer, snacks & water which was really generous & they were topped up every day. The breakfast was outstanding. Anything from cereal, fruit, cured meat, cheese & hot cooked breakfast, beautiful Italian breads & pastries. And just when you thought you couldn’t eat anymore they went around to everyone’s table with cakes & donuts. The staff made it such a nice place to stay & everyone was really warm & friendly, & they couldn’t do enough for us & not like with other places because they had to!! The location is also fantastic so you can take a walk to the attractions, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, etc, or the metro is just a couple of minutes walk where you can basically go anywhere in the city. Could not recommend this place enough.

Location and services were the best. Professional but friendly staffs of all level, especially at the breakfast room. Room was airy and enough nice space for 2 of us with twin beds. We loved it here a lot and will stay here again in my next Rome visit. We tried dinner at the famous rooftop with nice setting and it was delicious, the price was not that too expensive it was the same as most restaurants. This hotel is so convenient to go to most of attractions in Rome by foot. It only short walk to Roma Terminal and subway system too.
