Family House

The hotel was easy to find, and was close to the Manzoni Metro stop. There was a lovely lady on reception who was friendly and helpful, and looked after our bags after we checked out, so we could enjoy the last few hours in Rome. The check in process was easy, and the room was spacious and clean, with a large bed, and spare pillows and bedding if needed. The bathroom was very clean, and the shower was a decent size and good water pressure. I bought my own toilet roll from the shop as I prefer rolls as opposed to single sheets from the dispenser, but that is just my preference. The room and bathroom were cleaned daily. The room key was a swipe card, which is also used for the lights. Overall, this is a fantastic, low-priced hotel, with a friendly and helpful host, and was clean and perfect for a short stay. I would definitely come back!

The mattress was quite firm, but this is down to personal preference as to whether you like this. It was okay for me.

It was clean and very comfortable for a one star hotel. Everything one needs and aircon etc all working. Quite near to the Coliseum etc, very near to a fantastic gelateria. Owner apologised profusely for putting us on the top floor when she saw I was over 60. They let us stay on half an hour for an online meeting, which was great. Not suitable for staying in all day as too small.

It was fine, but the stairs are quite steep and there are only 2 or 3 rooms per floor.

The room was charming and had everything for traveller. The bed was comfortable and air conditioning was important in the hot weather of Rome.

The floor was dirty. The bathroom was clean, allthough. The air conditioning didn't work properly. The control panel showed error code "E4". The air deflector was broken from the butt end. The air conditioner started to work when moving the deflectors butt end back and forth. Afterall I managed to get the AC working and then it cooled well.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was clean every day with change the towels, making a bed. The location of the hotel was perfectly to visit all popular place, we didn't use public communication, everywhere we walked. Near the hotel , near train station was food hall with different good dishes.

They was a little bit noise in night, but we had open the windows.

First about location. Great ! Second, about, location ! Great ! Third, location , great ! What is next question ? Room was very good, although there was no elevator but I had balcony. Unique private room with balcony. Bathroom also , what I needed, clean with hot water. Everthing we need to feel comfortable.

I liked everything. Stuff , that young Chinese women was great. I can not blame Booking.com or owners of this hotel that US $ is so weak compare to Euro !

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Termini. The room is nice with its own bathroom, large bed, air conditioning and refrigerator. Everything was clean. Hot water and Wi-Fi are available. There is a large Conad supermarket 5 minutes away. The Colosseum is 20 minutes on foot.

The area is not very clean, but quiet.

The room was clean, tidy, silent and the staff was really nice and helpful. The location was excellent- 10 minutes from Termini station, 20 minutes from all sites which must be seen in Rome. Manzoni metro station is 5minutes from the property in case you don’t want to walk.

Hotel is located in a good area to travel to other part of the city.

Comfortable bed, great location (close to central station and city center,) air conditioning, TV with Netflix, clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

It's a bit rundown, and there is no elevator (neither of these things bothered me personally, but good to consider when booking.)

The staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was clean. It's the second visit there, 2 different rooms, and both of them great value in our opinion. We would stay there again when in Rome.

I can't complain for the location, the staff and the value for money.
