Hotel Giolitti

The staff was great, location amazing, the breakfast was good....but next time we will just stop at any of the milioni bags to have coffee and cornetto......lots of stars if you have have luggage or elderly people with you.....but very satisfied.

Lots of stairs.....small washrooms, no bidet, which is weird for Italy.....no space to place your luggage

We loved that the room was big and comfy with an access to a the wide balcony with a table and chairs and also we enjoyed the huge terrace downstairs. The customer services were brilliant with staff members really caring and friendly. Indeed, the breakfast was great (cheap and good) with variety.

The only thing we were really uncomfortable with was the bathroom: 1) The shower and the toilet were really close with little space to move and also when you open the bathroom door it was almost touching the toilet; 2) The space in the shower was small and also we struggled to open and shut the screen shower (this system may need an upgrade).

It was a clean room with everything you need, very small but fine if you’re not spending most of the days inside and mostly using it for sleeping and having a shower which is all we needed anyway. I really appreciated the little balcony with a nice view. Stuff were always very nice and helpful :)

Didn’t have the greatest sleep there. The bad wasn’t comfortable and the AC was really loud.

Wonderful breakfast. Close to Termini Metro,taxıl and train. We had a lovely balcony. Very pleasant new owners. They are still renovating but very clean

Bed was a little hard but claan and nice pillows.

the best location for Rome you can get to Coliseum by walk in 20min and all another famous places termini station also 15min to walk room was clean, big comfortable bed and cozy balcony, very nice big shower and new towels reception girl was very kind with us and let to left our luggage before the check in and at all very good service and stuff

The staff was super helpful and earnest, the room was spacious and it's amenities worked as expected. There were some options of public transport near it

It's not that lively late at night, but nothing that seemed dangerous as well

The staff was incredibly friendly. They booked my iobus for me and made sure I knew where to go to get on. They made recommendations as well. We talked every day about my adventures. The hotel was very clean.

Bed a bit too firm for my liking, but that's just my preference. Train we heard outside but didn't bother me much. Could have had more fresh fruit for breakfast.

Staff were extremely friendly and could not do enough for you. Rooms were modern and clean. Fantastic location close to train station and metro. 5 in our party, and we all throughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. Thank you
