Nothing from my side. Some people would complain about the location from Termini. But it is in the walking distance. Around 10 minutes which is not that far. keep in mind that you should walk whole day when you visit Rome. Neighborhood is not that bad as well. For me it was actually good since one of the best gelateria in Rome was just one minute away.

The room was large, newly painted and newly furnished, had a balcony and a well functioning AC. Italian breakfast served between 7am and 10am. Extra plus for the owners and their staff. We felt very welcome and taken care of in all ways. The location is fine, near two Metro-stations and with a tram- and bus-stop right outside. Plenty of good restaurants in the blocks surrounding the hotel and a lot of Romes major sights within easy reach. Termini station is also just 10 minutes walk away, or one station on the Metro, which is great when you arrive from the airport and when you leave.
No major drawbacks to report. If you look for a fancy, expensive top of the line hotel, look elsewhere. If you want a well maintained, cozy and quiet place, this is it.

The hotel is close to metro St and other beautiful places. Its neat and clean.
Its little bit communication problem some times as all staff is not good in English. The staff will not help to book a taxa and Called 3 times to book a taxi and could not communicate as no one speaks English.

The hotel is conveniently located about 15 minutes walk form Termini train station and it's walking distance to many attractions. The rooms were very quiet and both had a nice terrace. The family who runs it is very friendly and suggested places to visit with kids.

Hotel Principe Eugenio deserved more than just a 5 star especially from that "area" near Rome Termini. It really is your "home away from home" in Rome. Clean room, well maintained facilities, awesome and helpful staff.
