Great location, beautiful bathroom, well equipped kitchen for breakfast/coffee, large 2 person bed, very clean room in general + our host lady Veronica was very kind and professional.

Everything was very nice in Tucci's house, no remarks, perfect choice! But filthy streets in the neighbourhood, garbage everywhere, not acceptable for this city, not sure what is the reason, there are enough tourists who generate bilions of euro turnover, where is this money spent on if not on maintanance and facilitating the most beautiful city in the world? Also lot of homeless people sleeping on the streets and at the sidewalk of the Termini station, very sad to see that... city government should take care about it asap, provide some shelter for these poor guys.

It was the perfect room close to the metro and buses. Our host Veronica, was so nice and she was very accommodating. She had contact with us even before our trip and throughout the trip. She gave us directions from the airport to her place that were easy to follow. And she also gave directions to other places we wanted to visit. If we had questions she answered within 10 minutes at the most. She let us keep our bags there after checkout so that we could do more sightseeing before we went to the airport. The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was also well arranged with a stocked shelf in the fridge for each room that was refilled daily. It was a cold breakfast but there was much to eat. I was absolutely delighted with our stay and would 100% recommend it to others! We would definitely stay again! Thank you for everything Veronica! 😊

The host Veronica was super friendly and helpful. Once you arrive you immediately feel welcome in this very family like guest house with nice breakfast and free coffee during your stay. The room was very comfortable and super clean, we slept very well. The location is very safe quiet and central. We walked to the Colosseum and had good pizza in the neighborhood. We enjoyed the garden and the homely atmosphere and will definitely recommend Tuccis to friends traveling to.Roma Mille Grazie!!

Everything was beyond our expectations and amazing value for money

The room was a good size and very clean

The shower flooded the bathroom every time we used it as the shower doors didn’t fit properly or were broken. The breakfast could have been better. We had toast each morning with butter and jam. We thought it might have been more of a continental breakfast with fresh bread or croissants, fresh fruit, cheeses, ham etc

The room was sparkling clean, big and quiet. We especially loved covers in front of the windows. In the morning it felt it was still middle of the night. We slept good. Veronica was truly helpful. Our flight delayed 3 hours and she sent us video tutorial how to get the keys and didn’t ask extra money. Metro station was near and neighbourhood was nice.

There is nothing not to like!🙃Our family is not fan of Italian breakfast maybe. Too much white bread and sweets for the morning. Otherwise children loved Nutella .

Place is in very good location - metro station is maybe 3 min from it. The room was clean and got air conditioning which was really necessary during weather in August. And of course the Owner - Veronica. She is very nice and really helpful. If you got any questions feel free to ask her and she will do everything to help You.

Tucci’s guest house is well located, in a more quiet area but walking distance to the Coliseum and also one block away from the metro. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Veronica was really helpful in finding parking (free on the street but not hard to find) and gave us some tips on how to move around. Breakfast was a selection of pastries and coffee perfect to start the day.

Veronica was very helpful, attentive and responsive. She answered all our questions. The location was ideal - close to the metro, busses and some of the sites we wanted to visit. The National Museum of Musical Instruments was an unanticipated bonus.

Shower was a bit cramped.

For me the location is perfect just 250mtrs ways from Manzoni station and is only two stops aways Roma Termini Railway station. it was easy to go around Roma from this place. The guest house always had something to eat in the kitchen i liked so you dont feel hungry.

It's been a great stay, Veronica is a lovely and helpful host. The prices are reasonable and the location within the walking distance from the Colloseum perfect for sightseeing.
