+great assistant +room was better than expected +good position for public transport

No fee for the dog, thank you for that that’s why we chose you. Very nice hotel, beautiful room, especially bathroom and a small balcony. I don’t like this style for permanent living, but it was great to spend a few days and feel yourself like a Roman )))

Check-in. We came at night (about 00:30) and after 13 hours on the road we spent 30 min! at the reception, because the receptionist couldn’t find our reservation. We showed him reservation number on booking and he HAD TO give us the room and resolve this problem later, but he did it only after 30 minutes of waiting, so I couldn’t wake up on my birthday the next day. And it was weird to receive a call from reception when “Continental breakfast”, I think you should change the name of it to “croissant and coffee”.

I loved coming back here. I was here 8 years ago and it was the most memorable plave I stayed because their hospitality is amazing. We got an upgrade and the room has a mini patio which was great! The shower is amazing as is the size of the room. I also like that they look after our keys when we leave so we didn't have to drag them around Rome. Great local restraunts around and can walk to everything if you cant figure out the tram system. Metro nearby although closed when we stayed.

The staff were always lovely and friendly, and the room suited our needs for our 2 night stay. The staff stored our bag for us prior to check in, and offered to store our bags after check out. Also very close to the train station.

The property check in and check out times provided on booking.com were incorrect. Check in was at 2pm and check out was at 11am, rather than the 12pm and 11:30am times we were provided. Thankfully, when we tried to check in at 12pm the staff were very accommodating and stored our bag for us free of charge.

That they were able to accommodate us at a moments of notice. Due to a mix up with dates we couldn't get a room at our booked hotel. At 11pm we were invited in with no problems . The bathroom was quaint and functional. After spending so much time in air conditioning being able to open a window was fantastic also the room had a small balcony. They also kept our bags for the day while we went exploring.

The room needed some updating but as I'm learning about italy the room seemed average compared to other accommodation. We were so tired we slept well .

The staff were so lovely, room was cleaned to perfection and it was great walking distance from the colosseum. Really liked how you left the key with the staff as it meant I didn’t have to worry about it for the day. We also got to our room with a leak, no fault of the hotel but we were quickly re-roomed and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Would highly recommend this hotel and when I’m back in Rome, I will stay here again

Couldn’t fault it

The hotel has a great location and very kind employees. It is very close to the tram also you can walk to the metro in 10 minutes. If you want to find potable water, you can reach it on foot in just 2 minutes. If It’s your first trip to Rome, they can explain to you some great places on the map.

You are required to provide room keys each time before leaving the hotel. You cannot leave the hotel with your key even for just walking the street.

Staff are friendly and welcoming. They were informative and helpful. Rooms are comfy, clean and spacious. Toilet, bathroom are independent from each other and clean. Hotel was in a good location to reach the historical places and attrations by using metro. Hotel has a cute garden to have your breakfast and the rooms are also authentic which makes you feel you are residing in a old time Rome apartments

We liked everything

the location and the price for the stay. location is great, near a minihub for transportation - the rio maggiore gate, you can access busses and trams that will take you almost everywhere in Rome. Stuff is very friendly and helpfull

breakfast was the same every day - a bread, some marmelade and some butter. plus coffee and free soda on the soda machine. It's the classic italian hotels breakfast, but a little variation wouldn't hurt

The staff is anazingly kind and it shows that they care deeply about the guests! They really took care of us well. Close to the station which is greay if you are planning on traveling. Close to tram, metro and bus.

The shower head was broken and was just shooting out water with insane pressure. Which made showering difficult. But i suspect this can be easily fixed. This is the only issue we had. It can also be very loud with the trams inside and bad insulation. But that's quite standard for italy. And not their fault.
