Great choice for central Rome. Everything was clean and tidy. The WiFi was really fast!

Getting in was complicated. It's not a hotel so there wasn't a conventional reception area. We arrived early evening and there was nobody around. The instructions were clear enough and we got there in the end. I guess that's how they keep the price down. Staff are expensive.

The Room was well laid out and was super convenient to the Metro station, just steps away from the entrance. The bed/pillows were one of the most comfortable I had during my 2 week journey through Italy. AC was able to keep the room cold on a hot summer evening. And the washroom/shower was surprisingly spacious compared to the average Italian accommodation. Keep in mind this is not a 4 or 5 star hotel. But the room was was far from basic, and Rome can be expensive (even for hostels)

The entrance way is nondescript, so don’t look for a hotel entrance with signage. The photos in the add were the best way to determine you are in the right spot. Also you have to ring up / WhatsApp the property to gain entry the first time as there is a number of secure doors to access the 2nd floor.

There was plenty of space for my 4 kids and husband and the air conditioning was COLD which never happens when staying in hotels and apartments. My kids loved the loft bed and the toothbrushes and plum breads! Mini market right outside with fresh fruit and anything you need to stock up for a day in Rome. Quick walk to the colosseum and great restaurants. The day of our check out, we kept our luggage with Concierge Evolution that was recommended by Domus Domas and they set us up with a 60 Euro van to the airport when taxis usually charge $100 for a van.

The elevator wasn’t in operation and going up 5 flights of stairs with 60 kilos of luggage was not a good start. A broom and dust pan and dish towels in the kitchen would be nice.

Great location ( 20 minutes walk to all the highlights and main attractions) The room (room 1) was spacious, very clean, great shower room and fridge. The breakfast in the morning was just what we needed (fresh juice, toasties and pastries) Building felt very secure when leaving for the day and a safe was provided in the room

Lorenzo gave very clear process to check in which was very helpful and there were no faukts eith this for us, however could be overwhelming for some if not tech savvy We booked a hotel transfer with lorenzo to return to the airport. Lorenzo was very happy to do this and communication with Lorenzo was great. Unfortunately the taxi service did not show up. However, uber is very reliable in this area ( 5 minutes to get one at 3.30am)

Close to Roma Termini, and close to the Forum and Colleseum. Breakfast was really good. Pastries, etc. egg/ham sandwich, coffee / cappuccino, juice…You just tell Lorenzo what you want and he’ll bring it to your room on a tray. Was quiet and felt really secure, it’s locked up like Fort Knox! And our room (#5) was really nice, clean, etc. Just make sure you check your email before you arrive, because the morning of your arrival Lorenzo will email you the instructions as to how to get in, which room is yours, etc. in case he isn’t there… easy peasy… but if you don’t check your email it may be a little bit confusing.

Nothing.

The room and bathroom are very clean. Comfortable bed, nice shower, high quality towels. Every morning a real Italian breakfast is served by Lorenzo. Lorenzo is a fantastic host, with a good sense of humor! There is a small kitchen where you can make yourself a nice cup of tea or coffee after a day in the worlds most interesting city! I have often been in Rome, ( even for work, when we can stay in more expensive hotels), but this is the best accomodation until now!! I will recommend it to all my friends!

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

The accommodation is very close to the metro station, within walking distance to the main train station and also to the Colloseum. The accommodation is in a classic apartment building which makes it feel all the more authentic. The street is quite noisy, but that's just Rome. Lorenzo was available every weekday, served a perfect breakfast directly in our room, advised on everything and was helpful even in very non-standard situations.

Noisy street. When the window is closed it is OK, but if you want to let in some air it is rather noisy.

Lorenzo was delightful, the place was always warm and welcoming, the breakfast was good, what we liked best was that Lorenzo is always available to help get around the city, he knows the best places to eat and how to get around to where you want to go.

We came with a one year old, the place is not very stroller friendly but we managed, the room is a bit small for three, and the crib didn’t have a hard mattress so it’s not suitable for younger babies.

The place is extremely convenient, well decorated and with all amenities one could wish for. I was in Room 1 and it was excellent. Breakfast is generous and served in the room.... a large bottle of water is in the fridge as are all toiletries and vanities. W types of pillows and confortable bed. The place is very private which might come across a but odd for some travellers.

Some of the decor in the room looked a little tired, especially in the bathroom.... but I suppose this is normal after a heavy summer season.
