Antonio was a great host, gave us sightseeing and travel tips when we arrived and provided us with free croissants for breakfast which was above and beyond what we expected when we booked our stay here. The place is in a great location and never too far from any attractions in Rome. All amenities were also provided and rooms were cleaned daily.

If you are not used to trams/trains then it is possible to hear them in the room we were staying in. However, the sound is reduced as far as practically possible and it's basically a non-problem if you are used to them or you are out exploring Rome all day like we were!

The host Antonio was extremely kind. The day we arrived he was there to receive us and to give us some tips about Rome. We were positively surprised with the fact that, although the booking didn't include breakfast, we had several free choices in the morning to eat in the property. The room was small, but with a private bathroom and air-conditioning. Perfect to see the city, since you don't want to spend much time in the room.

The room wasn't extremely clean. The door to the elevator was locked many times, so it was useless. The building was a bit loud, so in the night it could get a bit noisy.

Rhome86 has an excellent position for visiting Rome by foot. Only 10 minutes to walk from Roma Termini station, in a safe area. Antonio was indeed very supportive, from the very beginning, we had a lot of messages, before arriving in Rome. The check-in was easy, The owner, Antonio, is a great host indeed, very friendly and warm. He provided us a lot of useful information about food, monuments, historical sites, buses, food. Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica, Colosseum, Roman Forums, Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, all available by walking not more than 30 minutes or even less. Easy to check the distances with Google Maps, but we used the map that Antonio gave to us. The breakfast was not included, but Antonio, our host, offered each morning a croissant. Coffee, milk, honey, butter, cereals, sweets were free for us, so above expectations. We could choose the type of croissant every morning. Everything is very clean. So all in all, we highly recommended Rhome86, of course for those who likes this type of accommodation, where friendly, personal contacts are possible and desired.

Everything was as described in the property presentation, so no reasons to be unsatisfied. Antonio gave us all the details shortly after the reservation, presenting the room and even asking if we do not want another one, bigger, but knowing what our expectations are, we said no, it is ok, and it was.

Very well located nearby Termini station. Bed is quite Comfortable, room was clean. Nice plants on a small balcony. Small but comfortable room. Recycling is great. Kitchen is small but good for breakfast. Host was very helpful and kind. Great to be able to live luggage and pick it up at any time on checkout day.

Tram in the street downstairs makes a lot of things vibrate in the room. Room was a bit dark. I’m very much in favour of recycling but in the bathrooms one should be able to have non-recycling garbage bins as having to go outside for those every time is really inconvenient

We suggest this place is one of the best you could find while visiting Rome. And the reason is the host Antonio. He was so kind, helpful and hospitable. First, he welcomed us in a late midnight, gave us a few tips on where and how to go to the best places in Rome including where to have the best lunches and get the best views of the city. The breakfasts were not included in our reservation but anyway Antonio had offered us a few options absolutely for free (such as oatmeals, milk, juice and etc). The apartments were nice and clean. Despite of the fact that the building was right next to the trams it wasn’t a problem at all and there was no noise whatsoever in our room. The location is good and it takes only a few minutes to get to the colosseum and other spots. Highly recommend to stay here.

Great Location. Host was in contact over whatsapp throughout the stay which was helpful. I had some queries which the host answered efficiently. Really nice homely feel as only a few rooms. Tasty croissants for breakfast which were a nice surprise. Housekeeping lady was very friendly and helpful the day I checked out also.

The only thing was I struggled with was the lock on the front door which gained access to the kitchen area. The host showed me how to do this properly after I contacted them. Not a problem - just a heads up to maybe get host to show you how it unlocks if you aren't used to that type of lock and key :)

Antonio is the best host. Gave us a lot of information for local restaurants, what to see in Rome and how to get there. We had a great stay. Would stay here again. Place is clean and Antinio makes great coffee. Top location, 3 min walk to nearest metro (Vittorio E.) and 10 min from Termini. I recommend.

Got my pocket picked on the metro, they are very good, pocket was zipped ! Didn't feel a thing. Love Rome but keep your self safe.

Breakfast beyond the agreement was nice, close to the subway, outgoing/friedly attitude of Alberto/Lucia

The room closest to the kitchen is a bit noisier (in the morning). This room is the smallest one (but big enough for us) and without a window from the room (a window only in the bathroom). You could feel the trams from the street in the evening/morning (little shaking).

Amazing place, super cozy, clean, in a perfect location, and delicious croissants. Best of all was the owner's attitude towards us. He had made sure to provide us with everything we needed to have a nice vacation. He had even prepared for us detailed information about what to visit and everything nearby that would be useful to us. I am highly impressed and will certainly return there on my next visit to Rome. great location, only 15 mins from the colosseum, metro 5 mins and train station 10 mins. host was great as well - provided pastries for breakfast each morning and gave a list of recommendations of restaurants/supermarkets/ things to do (other than the ‘normal’)

only downside is it is next to the tram line so quite noisy last thing at night/first thing in the morning - bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper!
