This is an incredible hotel! The staff were so sweet and helpful, ready to help with anything we needed and so quick to fix anything. The location was perfect, 10 - 15 minutes walk from the sites which was perfect with a child. The rooms are beautiful and were always spotless (and we got addicted to the smell of the shower gel and hand creams). A very comfy stay for a longer trip. We found some great restaurants around us - Renato e Luisa across the road, Roscioli around the corner (both the restaurant and the bakery), and Emma’s restaurant only a few steps away. We will definitely stay here again, it was one of the best hotels we’ve been in.

The hotel rooms are unique and beautiful. Very modern in the midst of an historic building. We could see the frescos in the ceiling from our hotel room. Very cool. The staff is super-nice, helpful, and friendly. My husband got sick during our stay and the staff was very efficient and facilitated to have a doctor come to visit him in a matter of just one hour. The managers are kind and helpful. The location is fantastic, can walk all over Rome from there. The hotel is surrounded by a lot of small really good restaurants and cafés. I love this hotel! I have already stayed twice and will return. I have recommended it to friends and family and I recommend it to anyone who is visiting Rome.

Rome Pantheon location was awesome. Historic building with great architecture, high ceilings, renovated bathroom with modern design. Breakfast across the street was good and included. Pizza and bar on the corner. Liked the connecting room suite and stone stairway converted into a closet in between the 2 bedrooms. Laundry service available for a fee with next day delivery. Helpful staff. Beautiful lobby with locked entry door.

Only 1 bathroom in the suite (for 5 people). Bedrooms were a little small in square footage. Pillows and mattress were a little too firm.

Jesus was very helpful and knowledgeable another outstanding service was given by Adriana at front desk. The front of the hotel is deceiving and not inviting but once inside it modern and sexy. Incredible location. Within a twenty minute walk in any direction you have many of times highlights and a ton of restaurants and cafes.

The front of the hotel. I was told I would be able to park a car on site and when we got there I was not able to. I had to use a private garage 10 min walk for €50 per day. No pool or terrace. Dark uninviting lobby.

Went to Rome for a birthday and decided to stay in the hotel. The building itself is, from what I found out, of high historical importance - it was one of the first HQs of the Bank of Italy and the home of one of the noble families of Italy. The restoration of the building kept all the original aspects of the initial architecture and murals but also introduced modern design. The room I stayed in was spacious with a high ceiling. The location is in the middle of the center and all the popular sights. The staff was really friendly, especially one of the receptionists - Adriana. She helped me with a guide on the local restaurants, not so popular but beautiful landmarks, and tickets for the Vatican and Coliseum. Will definitely stay in the hotel again on my next trip to Rome.

This is an expensive hotel, but very beautiful. The room is quite large, but we had booked for 3 adults, so we had a bed we didn't use. The area is very central and close to the Tiber River so there are so many options for dining and sightseeing. The staff, Jesus, was brilliant and there is a really good bar at the end of the street towards the river, very good staff, great service. First time to Rome and glad we stayed there.

Breakfast only served at 8.00am. We had 2 days with early tours booked so we couldn't get breakfast.

excellent location walking distance from all major sites, stylish location in old palazzo, nice and welcoming staff at reception take not the most basic, but a bigger room - that will give you a much better comfort at a minor surcharge

the room-related service is a bit lagging behind: we had no hot water on the first morning (though that was fixed by the next day), they gave bottled water only when asked and then tried charging for it without prior warning, it took us like 3 days to get 2 bathrobes in the room (there were none, then they brought just one, then another but took away the first one, then once again). all these are just minor flaws, but what holds me from giving a ‘10’ score

On arrival we were told our room had been upgraded and a complimentary breakfast was now included - so obviously we were off to a great start. The room its self was absolutely stunning and steeped in history with original features, the room we stayed in had an art curtain so you could choose to look up at the buildings at work from bed or not which I thought was a lovely feature. I don't think the location of this hotel could be any better if you are there for the history and the sights, as soon as you walk out of the hotel you cross the road and there are ruins, we found that places like, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum only took about 15 minutes to walk to. Food and drink, 1 minute out of the hotel there are restaurants wine bars and a beer hall (if you like craft beer check out "Open Baladin") you don't need a review on here to let you know how many restaurants and eateries there are! 1 quick google and you will see hundreds of places to eat and drink. If you fancy some pub grub and cocktails I would highly recommend Trinity College Pub. All in all and amazing trip.

Very central location close to the pantheon. The room was comfortable and spacious enough. Everything was clean. The hotel is very interesting, it looks like a very old building in some parts but the rooms are very modern and recently renovated. Perfect blackout in the morning.

For someone allergic to strong smells I had to take my allergy pill the first night. The smells are nice smells but just too strong if you have an allergy. Not a bad thing for someone not allergic :)
