Fabulous staff. Very attentive. Breakfast delivered to the room every morning and a free beverage and aperitif at the bar each evening.

We were on the 1st floor and could hear/feel the bass of the music from the restaurant below the property. Unfortunately the music started at 7:00 am and played until 11:00 pm. Try to avoid a 1st floor room if you can.

A wonderful boutique hotel in easy walking distance to many attractions. Close to many local restaurants including the the hotel recommended restaurant across the road which had fresh house made pasta. Excellent friendly service by all of the staff with a special mention for Faruk. We thoroughly enjoyed happy hour at the small in-house bar and the beds were so comfortable

Our particular room with the city view ( which was excellent 😁) had a shower over a high raised bath with steps which may need consideration if mobility is an issue

- Sometimes the room service breakfast times were not kept. An order between 7:30-8:00 came to the room at 8:07 - No shower in our room, the bathtub leaked. The sink which I fixed myself - The elevator stopped on 1/2 level up on each floor - No dining room, breakfast was served in the room - Took 45 min to get our room the first day. At 14:45

Perfect location for exploring Rome - major sites all on walking distance. We had a fantastic room with a jacuzzi bath and found the hotel staff friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend. Received a lovely complimentary arrival tray as it was our wedding anniversary and they had free drinks and nibbles at the bar every night. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable and with fresh linen. The breakfast service was fantastic and they gave us the most amazing room service breakfast on our anniversary morning. This hotel know what great customer service is and go out of their way - thank you so much for a great stay and making our first visit to Rome so special.

The facility has an excellent location, you can walk to the Palatine Hill, Capitoline Hill and Roman Forum, as well as the Pantheon and Castel Sant'Angelo. In the square where the hotel is located there is also an archaeological site that can be visited - this is the place where Julius Caesar was murdered (Pompey's Theater). Trastevere, where there are plenty of good restaurants, is about a 10-minute walk away. There are also many restaurants on site, but I chose Trastevere, which I recommend. The room I stayed in was nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff cleaned it even twice a day. Breakfasts were brought to our room and were very tasty. Every evening I indicated what we wanted for breakfast and at what time. This worked very well. The 24/7 service was very nice and ready to help in any way.

After a long journey, we were delighted to be checked in 2 hours early! We were met with a very warm welcome by Marta and Farook on reception- who gave us coffee & cake - then provided us with a map of Rome and some fantastic restaurant recommendations. We stayed in the Deluxe room, which had everything you could wish for on a luxury break: large hot tub, large TV with movies & music streaming, a super comfortable bed and a view of the ancient ruins. A fantastic breakfast delivered to our room each morning was also very special. The location of the hotel itself is absolutely perfect for a visit to Rome- as literally every major attraction is within a 15 minute walk- plus there must be at least one hundred great value restaurants within a 5 minute walk!

Our bathroom didn't have a door! Which made things awkward when one needed to go - strange considering all the other delightful touches. I don't know if this was just our room. The room we stayed in was also very warm (early January) and there was no available aircon, which made us always have to open the window to the often bustling street noise below. As much as I loved our room, I wouldn't want to stay there in the hot summer months. One other small point: on our arrival, I mentioned that it was our 25th wedding anniversary ( a big one)- more in hope that a nice touch could be arranged in our room or something, yet nothing was done. Just a heads up to anyone celebrating a momentous occasion to make a specific request.

Wanted a blue room, but it was busy, so they upgraded to a room with a bath. It was a nice gesture, the only minus from it was that the room was right by the reception, so we could hear walking by the reception. Room was cleaned between our two days of stay. For my birthday they served a cake with a candle. Breakfast has a big menu and is served in room. All the essentials were in the room, including even hair brush, sewing, shaving and teeth brushing complects, a lot of shampoos, shower gels. Location is very great, almost all the top sights in Rome is at about 10-15 min walk.

Location fab, easy walking distance from all the major sites/areas. Our room had a massive circular bed, very comfy and a jacuzzi bath. Bathroom had all the travel essentials - inc toothpaste/toothbrushes, razors, sewing kit - everything you could need, so you didn’t have to bring anything! We were offered complimentary breakfast in the room the first morning - it was so good and such good value we decided to pay for it for the rest of our stay! The bar area offers a free drink every night and ‘nibbles’ - lovely way to meet up with other guests and chat/share recommendations (like mr 100 tiramisu - a delicious cafe only 5 mins walk away where you can get 100 flavours!). Staff all very friendly, very helpful, would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Best hotel we stayed in during our trip to Italy. Location was excellent: walking distance to most sites and there are multiple bus stops in front of the hotel to take you to those further away. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast had lots of variety and the freshly squeezed orange juice was the best I've ever had. We also enjoyed the daily happy hour with complimentary drinks and snacks.

This was the first hotel we stayed in during our trip to Italy and it set the bar high. All the other hotels were a disappointment.

The service was exceptional. The bed was very comfortable and the room had very modern amenities. We were able to walk to pretty much everything we wanted to see. The breakfast being delivered each morning was well worth the extra cost. The free drink each evening was a wonderful touch and let us get to know the staff a little better.

Our room was just next to the front desk (room 103) so it could be noisy at night with guests checking in late. The room itself was amazing, so we opted not to switch rooms but the option was given to us. We used white noise and that helped considerably.
