The location is very central and we could walk everywhere in Rome. This was a massive plus when traveling with a family of all ages. It is extremely central. The hotel is comfortable with large rooms in pretty good conditions. Staff was very supportive throughout. We followed reviews and had breakfast outside but in the end realised that breakfast in the hotel was surely the best (from a taste perspective). Only fresh fruits on the market may be a nice incentive but on the square, quality was not fantastic.

We had issues with two broken doors. Luckily we had several rooms so could move belongings up the time the hotel did the necessary. We had 4 rooms but on two floors (1st and 3rd) which was not practical as we would have preferred to be on the 2nd floor where a large common space makes it simpler for family to gather in the hotel. But this is minor to the overall review.

What a great find and fabulous location! We reserved a triple room, which was just perfect for me, my husband, and our college-age son. Our room was unfussy but comfortable, with soaring ceilings and a great view of Piazza Biscione. Although the bathroom was a bit on the small side, it was immaculate. The room also has an air conditioner, which kept the room cool and dry. The entire staff was so friendly and accommodating! And did I mention the location? So close to Trastevere, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Foro Romano, etc. The room doesn't include breakfast, but it's oh so easy to pop downstairs to the bar for a quick cappuccino and croissant (turn right as you exit the front door) and grab some fresh fruit from the market in Campo de Fiori to bring back to your room. We kept fresh strawberries in our fridge at all times. Spend some time strolling around Campo de Fiori in the morning, but bypass all the same ticky-tacky foodstuffs and head straight to the cheesemongers who are happy to give you a sample. If you're still hungry, pop into Forno for a slice of pizza (they will adjust the size to your liking, so ask for a taglio piccolo and try two varieties instead of just one). For a great dinner (and at a 20% discount), go to Verso Sera downstairs (turn left as you exit the front door). The service is friendly and the food is great for the price. During your stay, make sure you visit Il Passetto del Biscione, one of the city's hidden gems dating back to Roman times. We will definitely return to Casa de Fiori on our next visit to Rome!

I thought the bed could have been a bit comfier, although my husband loved the extra-firm mattress! I also would have loved a modern hairdryer with a bit more power, but I imagine high-wattage appliances might cause power issues in these older buildings.

The location was exceptional, you are at the restaurant epicenter of Rome. It is also walking distance to every major attraction. The hotel itself is so charming and the rooms are spacious for Rome. We were so impressed with how soundproofed the rooms were. We were on the third floor, and at night you do not hear the street when the window is closed. You also do not hear any sounds from the shared spaces. The staff was so friendly and inviting, they would go out of their way to try to help if there was an issue. We have an infant and they bought a babycot just for our stay. We enjoyed the breakfast, keep in mind that Italian breakfast selection is not what you might be used to in America. Just embrace something new! The spiral stairwell to access the reception and rooms is gorgeous, but keep it in mind when booking your stay. There is no elevator, so you'll need to carry your luggage up and down. The restaurant that adjoins the hotel was very good, worth a try!

The bed was very hard, not great for side sleepers, unfortunately. The shower pressure was bad and the hot water went out during my shower *my first night only*. It's important to note that I did not have any issues the rest of the time. We also had issues with the WiFi on the third floor, but my parents who were on the first floor were able to connect without issues.

Breakfast, delightful! The location has everything you need for your stay, specially if you are traveling with your family. Cafés, restaurants (specially the one immediately at the right, in the corner, and there excellent staff), market, shops, souvenirs and many more. The main attractions are walking distance. Our special thanks to Casa De'Fiori staff who gave us the best of their service, responded to every question we had. We'll remember you with kindness and gratitude, Kind Regards!

The hotel is centrally located and in a nice neighbourhood, just next to Campo di Fiori (which has plenty of nice bars and restaurants), but also walking distances to many other cosy neigbourhoods and tourist sights. The room was spacious and very clean. Even though next to a busy piazza, it was quiet during the night. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. We been to Rome many times and stayed in various places, but this one we liked at lot and will also book next time for sure!

Evertything was very positive. Just one remark and that is to put up a sign outside so easier to find the place. We came after it was dark and had to ask around.

the location is fantastic and located in a small piazza connected to the larger Piazza Di Fiori. there are 3 restaurants downstairs and 12 more in the larger piazza. The piazza hosts a farmers market every morning with fresh fruit, smoothies, flowers, and various other products. In the heart of Rome, you are walking distance to almost everything!

There is a spiral staircase leading to the office for check in and all the rooms. No elevator. This is just a note. it’s not difficult to maneuver but you need to be aware if you have any physical limitations.

Our receptionist Sarah was so delightful, friendly, helpful and went out of her way to answer questions and give suggestions. Our room was perfect for our needs. The apartment setting added to the charm and satisfaction of being in Italy.

Honestly, the stairs weren't our favorite since our room was on the third floor. I think it would be helpful to prepare guests ahead of time if they are on the top floor so they are able and willing to navigate the steps.

Stayed in Rm 301. It was very clean and well maintained. It was relatively quiet for Rome. There just was a little morning noise with trash pickup and vendor deliveries. It was a great value for the money. The location was very central.

Rm 301 was on the third floor, and there wasn't an elevator. The bed was hard. My friends stayed on a lower level in rm101, and there was noise from the restaurant below that kept them up at night and woke them in the morning.

Room was a corner unit which had good crosswind. Loved being able to listen to the piazza sounds at night (a plus unless you need silence to sleep). Loved the liveliness right at our doorsteps so you always felt safe coming back at night. You get a discount at the restaurant downstairs - best fresh pasta we had in Italy.

Bed was a little uncomfortable but staff sorted right away - we also couldn’t find door to enter but again staff came and helped us straight away
