The location and the service were great! The shower was very good as well.

Stairs to go up with the luggage. In my case, the taxi driver helped to goes up, however it should be considered for big size luggage.

Location within 5-25 minutes walk to main attractions. Felt safe and secure. Loved the friendly hostess/owner who checked twice we were happy and ok. Cleaner very nice man who fixed push plug in sink as we pushed it in too hard and it got stuck. Not much English from him but we learnt about his family. The room was Italian theme with double height ceilings and antique looking decor. I was sick and the cleaner brought a tray of tea for me no charge. So kind and considerate.

No lift. 3 flights marble stairs. Thankfully staff assisted on arrival but not around when departing. Noisy when window open with sirens and people loud. Trying to recover during day with windows open for fresh air didn’t make it easy to sleep because of being sick. But when window and timber shutters closed it was nearly soundproof.

Nice breakfast. boiled egg, various breads, yogurt, coffee, tee, juice butter and jams. It was a great location.

It would have been better to have a picture of the street entrance. The taxi dropped us off at the right location but since there wasn't an address or obvious Airbnb name posted we did not realize it. We wandered around looking for street names to locate the facility. If we had been informed that we would arrive at a locked gate and which button we needed to push so our host could come down to open the gate and welcome us it would have been much better. There is no elevator and the Airbnb is up 3 flights of stairs.

The location was absolutely perfect. Everything was so close to walk to. We were planning on walking everywhere but the weather was rainy. It was extremely convenient that there were bus stations very close to the hotel, taking you to every landmark downtown within minutes. Thomas was very hospitable and helpful. The room was beyond our expectations, spacious and clean. We are looking forward to returning to Rome!

Best location in Rome. The room was nicely decorated, clean, airy and spacious. The windows went out to a quiet side street. The a/c was very welcome in Rome’s summer heat. The breakfast on the little terrace was simple but ample and good value for money as it is included in the room price. Thomas who runs the place was very helpful with everything, also carried our suitcase upstairs, and when we left back downstairs. I cannot imagine a better place to stay in Rome for that price.

The property is not suitable for people who have problems climbing four flights of stairs , as it is located on the second floor of a building without elevator. We knew it in advance and didn’t have a problem with it. Another small minus was the difficulty to connect to the Wi-Fi.

The location was excellent. It is really close to the Parthenon and Campo de' Fiori. Thomas was the main staff person we worked with and he was always very helpful. The room was large and comfortable and their air conditioning held up against a hot July in Rome.

The roll in bed for my daughter wasn't the most comfortable

Exceptionally clean room and bath; lovely shower and comfortable beds. Great location near Pantheon and walkable to Forum, Spanish Steps, Trevi, etc. Room furnished with antique pieces, quite nice. Quiet location, large window which allowed good daylight into room.

Extremely clean. Bathroom updated. Location was perfect for our purposes of spending time mainly in the ancient part of Rome. Friendly, on the ball service. We like a firmer bed and this was right on the mark for us. Be aware - no elevators so up and down 4 flight of stairs, which was fine for us. Quiet and dark for when you are sleeping. Good sized. Overall a very good value.

The days we were there were very hot and the a/c had a hard time keeping up.

Very clean, central location, comfy bed

Only a few little remarks which, if corrected, could make everything A++: - the wifi doesn’t work at all- we didn’t mind because we have our 4G internet on mobile network all accross EU, but if you dont have that in your plan I guess you would like it to work. - the front door electronic knob is opened with a code and is extremely slow and it reports an error 4 out of 5 times- can be really annoying - the bedroom door could be a bit more sound-proof (they’re just plain old bedroom door, and you can hear when someone else comes or leaves their room) Hope the owners could take care of this, but we would definitely stay here again regardless.

The location was great - between Pantheon and Trastevere. Rooms were large with nice Italian style furniture and decor. Bed was very comfortable. walking distance to all the top attractions. Staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Didn’t bother us but there are a few flights of stairs.
