Hotel Giotto Flavia

Fantastic location, very close to Vila Borghese, Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, Termini station etc. The room was clean and comfy. The staff provided excellent assistance with any questions or inquiries throughout our stay.

Comfotable, clean and very helpful staff. Breakfast room a little 'compact'. Just the one small lift so sometimes you had to wait a little as the hotel was on 2nd floor and shared facilities with other residents. 20 minute walk from the main station so recommend getting a taxi if you have luggage. Hotel convenient for all the key tourist attractions and antiquities. Would definately consider staying again if travelling to Rome.

Prebooking and staggering the breakfast times as dining room to small to accomodate all guests. More coathangers in the bedroom, but that's a common failing in most hotels. Also no sink plug, again something common with hotels in some countries, so advise travellers to add a universal plug to their travel bag.

Everything was excellent. The manager, Alessandro was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. My credit card was not working but he was very patient and helped me solve the problem. Also he made great suggestions for restaurants, suggested places to go, advised us on travel. We wanted to spend our last day on the beach, Alessandro suggested Santa Marinella, showed us how to get there and it was the best day ever. The bed was the most comfortable I have had in a hotel, great location and lovely area.

WiFi connection was a little inconsistent in my room although my friend's room was okay.

The room was really big and very comfortable and clean. The hotel provide a breakfast for €5 it was really good value

The staff was amazing, especially Alessio, who helped us at every time of day and gave us suggestions on places to visit in the city. The room was very clean with air conditioning, and the breakfast was very nice, it had drinks and pastries.

The placement of the shower was a little weird because it was placed in the middle of the room and made out of opaque glass, so not everyone will be comfortable with it. However, we got used to it very fast, and it didn't really bother us.

The staff were amazing, the room was really great and honestly the location was fantastic. It was so close to everything you could want, including great restaurants and easy access to the city centre and tourist spots

I had a couple of nights where I was kept awake by children in the neighbouring room, not really the hotels fault, but having family rooms next to non family rooms is always difficult.

The hotel is well placed. The online checkin was flawless and the service was very good. The hotel is very good if you want to visit Rome and rest after a day visiting Rome. The air conditioning is good and cools the room well. The breakfast is really good. The kids (11, 8) really liked the room. The room was very clean, even though it's a historical building.

The shower is small. The building is ancient, so you can hear if the neighbors make loud noises during the night, but that depends on the neighbors, not the hotel. Eating in the room with the kids is not so comfortable, but that is due to Covid regulations, so again not the hotel's fault.

Great location. The room was clean and cool with the A/C. This was needed as it was very hot walking around the city. The staff were great, very pleasant and happy to help. I had an electric kettle and a refrigerator so i could.make my mug of tea. An enjoyable visit.

In my particular room, the WiFi was not very good. This may have been because of my position in the building. Mobile signal in several of the buildings was poor.....probably due to their construction and no fault of the hotel. While the decor of the hotel was nice, there were parts that were 'tired' looking particularly in the bathroom and the electrical sockets.

We loved the friendly staff and the location of the hotel. The breakfast was nice. There were plenty of nice Italian restaurants to choose from near by and with mostly Italians eating there you know the food is good. It is an easy walk (if you like to walk) to all the attractions and the place is very quiet at night because even if you are in the center of Rome you hear no traffic. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Rome.

The staff was very kind and very professional, check-in after 14:00, we arrived around 11:00 they prepared our room in 20 minutes. The bed was very comfortable Coffee and breakfast was great.

The room was quite small for a triple room and the windows were very hard to open (I managed to open just one of the 2 windows)
