The location was fantastic, really quiet and safe neighbourhood. Termini is about 15 minutes walking distance and Barberini metro station about 10 minutes. The automatic check-in was really practical, as we got to the appartment quite late. The room itself was very clean and the building is beautiful: staircase all in marble. The beds were also comfortable. The host offered us a bottle of nice wine during our stay and our communication went really well both before and during the stay. So I would definitely recommend this place for your stay in Rome. :)

If I have to say something it is only, that when you book, there are a few rooms that look similar and you don't know exactly which one you are particularly getting. Among the pictures, there was one with a small kitchenette and a street view but we got the one without the street view and that had no kitchenette. Anyway, we didn't miss a thing, because we spent the daytime in the city and got to the apartmert in the evening every day.

- As a suggestion to improve I’d really like a kettle to be in the room. Since there is no option to get a hot water in the hotel, it was inconvenient not to be able to make tea for a few days - Bear in mind that “small double room” is really small. It is though equipped with everything essential except for the kettle. I’d recommend to book a bigger room ;)

The room was very clean, staff came throughout stay to keep room clean, provide fresh towels. The air con was excellent, wifi was strong, room had everything I needed for my stay. The bed was comfortable. My check in was delayed due to flight delay, it was late at night but the staff were accommodating and helpful. They also held onto my luggage after check out until my transfer time. The area is quiet and clean, I felt safe, day and night. It is a good walk from the city centre, especially in the heat. But taxi app services such as Free now and Uber respond promptly in the area.

The location is great. You can reach the Trevi Fountain in about 15 minutes on foot. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. The room was clean and spacious enough for two people. Each of the three days we stayed, our room was cleaned. The hosts were attentive and communication was easy and quick. Ale also helped us with arranging the transfers to/ from the airport.

Perhaps you should put a price tag on the wine bottle. We thought it was a complimentary gift because it was with the coffee capsules and tea bags outside the mini bar, and there was no price on the menu, so this may be confusing to some guests. There was also some strange noise coming from the heating, not constant but at some point. Otherwise everything else was great.

The property is in an excellent location, walking distance from many landmarks and with good transport connections nearby. The room was perfect and within a secure property, with a lovely view, comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom/shower. We were greeted by a friendly host, Allesandro, who ensured we had all that we needed and was available to contact for any further information throughout our trip.

The only thing we can think of was that the property was a little hard to locate on arrival, so some more signage would be ideal to help guests find the entrance/floor! An iron would be a great addition to the room too.

I liked the clean and modern style of the property. It was very quiet both inside and outside the building. Room in my opinion was spacious and very comfortable for a solo traveller such as myself. Decor was elegant and stylish. Minibar well stocked. Staff very attentive to the safety of the building and consequently to the safety of guests. In the room there is everything that can be used during the stay. Espresso coffee machine, microwave, minibar, hairdryer. I usually choose hotels for my stays and I didn’t know this autonomous system of check-in and access to the building. I found it quick, convenient and functional. Communication and availability of the managers has never been lacking. I chose this B&B primarily for the care and attention paid by the managers to the well-being of the customer and the continuous improvement, which in my opinion is visible through the interest they show by listening and responding to the reviews. It is not something to underestimate and this was enough for me to choose them. As well as obviously seeing one of the highest scores I came across during my research. The location is good. The property can be reached by crossing populated, well lit and safe areas. I say this as I was alone during my stay and for returning to the B&B in the evening this was an important aspect for me. Overall I confirm the deserved score and it would be a pleasure to stay in this facility again.

Set of keys a little bulky to carry around. There was no breakfast, but I was aware of that before my arrival and I had the chance to enjoy a good coffee in the room using the espresso machine available.

Location, attentive host, was quite clean, lift, coffee machine and coffee topped up, host let us stay for a late check out which was a bonus

small for family, no kettle etc to make food for baby, from pictures we thought there would be microwave and kettle and that’s why we choose this guest house. just keep it in mind. there was a bit of misunderstanding when we landed we booked a taxi but it didn’t arrive last minute and with baby it’s always stressful, also not all rooms has view. no smart TV so could only watch Italian programs.

Great for a short city break - was perfect our 4 day stay. The location was central, with a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest metro. The staff kindly let us leave our luggage with them after check out on the last day and were super helpful.

One of the safety deposit box's in the rooms did not seem to work but not a big problem. A recommendation for the hotel is to perhaps include an iron in the room as they would be helpful, but again, not a major problem.

Very surprised about the location, this area is really nice! Good air conditionair that lead us to nice sleep nights. Cristina explained everything to us, and offered us a transfer service to the airport in case we needed. Always available to help us!

The room is really small and we can hear the noise from the other rooms. This was not annoying because guests were super polite and respected the silence times, but i wouldn’t recommend for light sleepers.

Wonderful place in a beautiful building, located in a really quiet and fancy zone of Rome. They've been really helpful since the very first minute (with a schedule change in the middle), and they sent an affordable private car to pick us up at the airport. Lucia was really cool and she answered all of our questions. We were able to check in earlier and leave our luggage there upon departure. 5 stars, would definitely choose it again :)
