Hotel Raganelli

The staff made this stay wonderful! Every single one of them from reception to cleaners were outstanding and nothing was too much trouble. They went out of their way to help with directions, recommendations and just to make sure we were having a good stay. I arrived on my own after a long day travelling and they directed me to a nearby restaurant were I could get some nice food with a 10% discount card which was a nice touch. My friends arrived the day after me and it was a surprise for one of them as she didn’t know I was going to be there (it was her hen weekend), and the staff went to great lengths to make the surprise as memorable as possible, preparing Prosecco and snacks etc. I couldn’t fault any of them at all. They also gave me a map and showed me where all the main tourist attractions were and how to get to them! Best hotel staff I have come across, and I have stayed at many hotels!

The only downside was the street noise as I am a light sleeper. But the location was great for public transport which was fantastic. Also, when there’s so much to go out and see in Rome, you don’t need much sleep!

Breakfast was amazing, but the location was bit far from the city center, but when we asked for a taxi, it was there in 1 minute to pick us up.

The air-condition was noisy

It was like a shelter :) our plane landed late night, the traffic was horrible, but after arrival at midnight, they greeted us with a smile and a glass of water, we felt so welcomed. They even helped with information about the renovation of the underground, and nearby places to get to. The room was cosy, super clean and quiet, air conditioned. We also had breakfast, it is diverse, delicious, dolce vita. Both check in and check out took 2 minutes, very professional. We are glad we stayed here :) :)

No such thing the place is perfect :)

The hotel staff was phenomenal. Was recommended by staff to book directly through them. The room was very spacious. The bathtub was superb. The beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was perfect. The local bus stop is right outside the door and across the street. When in Rome, will most definitely stay here again.

Absolutely no air conditioning from October through June. We were there in May and it was very warm even with the windows opened. (Which only opened at the top.)

The location was excellent for getting a bus into Rome central and to the main train station. The rooms were comfortable with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom with jet shower. There is a lovely bar area and outside patio area to enjoy drinks. Unfortunately the roof top area was closed for renovations, so we could not make use of it. The breakfast was perfect and the staff very friendly and informative.

Nothing, it was all perfect.

I only stayed for the night after my cruise; it’s not too far from Vacatican when I took the taxi. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great; they provide hot and cold breakfast. The transfer from hotel to Fuccino airport required cash payment only; luckily I still have cash on me so be sure they accept credit card. However Italy merchants always prefer cash or Euro payment.

the staff was incredible! John Carlo most especially made the stay worth it. we arrived late and he allowed us to extend our check out time by 3 hours with no extra charge! highly recommend to any travelers :)

the only semi concern for my boyfriend and I was the location. however, John Carlo helped us figure out the metro system and location was no longer an issue!

Breakfast spread! Excellent customer service.

We stayed in 442, the shower door is not flushed hence water leaks after use. Potentially dangerous for slippage and can be a lawsuit. Smells of cigarette smoke is lingering in the hallway. Hotel Needs updating.

Great value for money, friendly staff, close to centre of Rome 8 mins on motor bike, clean modern hotel with nice cafe/ restaurants close by staff could not do enough for you, free parking at hotel.

Nothing not to like for me

Housekeeping made our bed every morning. Buffet breakfast was okay. Shower pressure wasn’t enough but not too terrible, room has a tv but not smart. It’s located little over a kilometre away from train station. Overall a good place to stay.
