The staff was always helpful and helped us throughout our stay. We even broke a key in the lock and the staff was quick to help and avoid a large problem. The room has a working air conditioner that is easy to use and kept the room nice and fresh. There were closets and the private bathroom had everything we needed. The breakfast was good without being amazing. Regular continental breakfast. The locations was great as well. 10 minutes from the Metro station, 20 minute walk from St. Peter’s Basilica so it we where always close to the historic center without the mobs and noise from there

Two things regarding the room. The bed was two individual beds put together, and during the night the beds would drift a bit a part. The other situation that we had was a strange noise that come up a couple of times a day (hardly ever after midnight) that it seemed like it came from the ceiling and it sounded like a gigantic nespresso machine making a coffee. We got used to it but we still can’t figure out what caused it, the sound lasted a couple of seconds and it would quickly stop.

The room was a great size with a huge bathroom. It also had an outdoor seating area, private for our room. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and communicated proactively. There was a great little cafe/restaurant just across from the apartment that offered great food for lunch and dinner.

I was there in early September. Price/Quality ratio is very high. Easy access to public transportation, both Metro and Bus. Supermarkets are located at walking distance. Breakfast was really good, and generous. The owner/manager was nice, helpful and diligent. Transfer service was onetime, reliable and comfortable.

rooms need an upgrade. shower cold some days. fosset loose. bed rest (behind bed) severely damaged. door knob broken. WiFi is sketchy did not work most days. missing sheets on single beds (on duvet). staff seemed very interested in our feedback and were very kind. the breakfast is simple but this is due to corona and will be great again in the future. we met the two owners and they are nice people. we are certain you will have a great stay when there is some time to recover from corona. it is not an hotel. more a guesthouse on separate floors and buildings.

Room was clean and we had an outside area which was a bonus. Comfortable and easy access to bus route. The gentleman at reception upon arrival was very friendly and helpful. Was good value for money. The breakfast was adequate and was served delicious coffee !! Overall, good accommodation.

Nothing to dislike.

Very friendly staff, excellent location just near a bus stop. Security was great and lots of eateries nearby . Breakfast was simple but adequate and self service so you could eat to your fill. Definitely recommend.

It was hard to find the location at first since there is no signage, but the reception desk was manned upto 8pm so you can call for directions.

Location, breakfast, cleanliness, Air condition, bathroom, friendliness of staff, arranging transportation from and to the airport everything was excellent. We would stay in the same place in future and highly recommend it to others too.

Really convenient location - easy to get to the center by bus. great and helpful staff, room was clean and cleaned every day) beautiful terrace to chill served nice breakfasts!

Not with metro station but many bus connections nearby. Not daily cleaning or change of bed sheets. Beside that apartment was good.

I was expecting a room .but given a apartment . Was fantastic

Enough space for family with 5 people.Helpful staff.

No dish washing solution. Some of Cooking utensil such as pan is not in good condition.
