the location is good and it seems to be inside of old residential building, which is a special charm. Room is big enough, bed is very comfortable.

The sound insulation is really bad! during the day being there is basically pointless, as all the day you will be hearing renovation noises, loud music, conversation, etc

The room was really clean more than I expected. The balcony had a good view, stairs with plants of the closed alley. The staff are friendly and clean the room every day. The bus stop in front of the hotel (4-meter walking) to most landmarks. Only change once to reach Termini( Rome central station)

If provide breakfast and charge it could be perfect. ( Maybe it is provided but I did not know). If it is, let guests know. The water from the sink didn't run, I didn't know the solution is push up something on the sink. The staff fixed it. A note at the top of the sink could be helpful, then everyone knows how to do it.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Bus stop was just across the street

Despite the no smoking signs, the common area smelled like the other guests had been smoking there.

We all liked the rooms and the value, location.

That we had to wait for the front desk person. She was not available when we needed her. We needed extra blankets and pillow but she was not there. I got locked out of the suite and the bell did not work. No one could hear me knocking for 20 min. Needed more coffee no one there. Besides that it was a good stay.

I am not for the first time at " The Vatican City Relais,"so i can definitely say that I would like to come back one day.The room was large, clean and quiet,with a nice balcony,facing the exterior. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel.You can reach the Vatican on foot ,walking around 20 minutes.There are plenty of restaurants,bars and shops around. All in all, everything was according to my expectations. 👏💗

The apartment is big, clean and with and equipped with air conditioning, small fridge and coffee machine (capsules included). The location is close to the Vatican city, but also bus stop is in front of the building is you don't like walking. There are also a shared kitchen with cutlery, microwave and seating area.

The employee (female, I guess receptionist we have never seen in person) we communicated over phone was impolite and yelling.

Great location, very clean, friendly staff. Shuttle bus to/from airport, transport to all directions.

The only thing which bothered us was the noise from the neighbors due to the thin walls and that there wasn't microwave in the kitchen, it would be helpful (but it is my personal preference, for sure it is not mandatory).

Very clean and everything inside seemed quite new. The staff was awesome, we had coffee machine inside, a nice smart tv where you could watch series when you go to sleep.

The walls were very very thin, you could hear anything, especially from the bathroom where the ventilation was connected to another room and I could hear every single word from those people. This is the only little problem with this place.

Spotless clean accomodation situated very closed to Vatican Museums and walking distance to San Pietro Square. Nice neighborhood, not crowded, with plenty restaurants. Thanks to Emanuela for a smooth check in and check out. Would book again if return to Rome.

The late check out service would be an advantage for those having evening flights. Alhough they were very kind and stored our luggage after the check out, it would have been very convenient for us to have the room for few more hours.

The room looked exactly like in the photos, it was clean and tidy.

The walls are very thin, you can hear loud and clear everything that happens outside of the room (loud shouts from the reception, other guests moving around, renovation in the building), so even though I’m usually a good sleeper, it was hard to get a decent rest here.
