Great place, very clean, in the nice building. Perfect kitchen space with dedicated table and many options for ligh breakfast and snacks. Very efficient A/C - lifesaver! Kind and helpful host.

The Mirabilia Urbis Roma guest house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, not far from the center of Rome. The metro is very close to, making it very easy to get anywhere in the city. Public transportation is also convenient. There are affordable eating places and cafes just 20m away. There is a wonderful pastry shop about 100m away. Anna Paula is a wonderful, kind, willing woman. The guest house is very clean, comfortable, high quality WI FI, the bathroom is wonderful. I definitely recommend it. Check in was also delayed due to the train delay, but the friendly Anna Paula did not make it a problem either. Thank you dear Anna Paula. You are a wonderful person.

The room was very clean, confortable and has all the equipment needed. The breakfast was good, very satisfing.

The only window of the room is facing a builing with only few meters between, so the room has a lack of luminosity. This is not really a problem when the room is only for sleeping. The morning, the breafast room has a terrasse and window with luminosity so it is perfect.

Friendly, helpful owners. Great communication since the very beggining, also during our stay. Our room was spacious, comfortable and perfectly clean. Breakfast: typically "Italian", but tasty and fresh, various products to choose. Great location - just a few minutes walk to the metro station and just few stops from the most popular spots in Rome.

The room was clean and had everything we needed for two nights. It's ideal for short stay in Rome. Also, It's a very good location if you want to see Vatican. Reachable by foot.

The variety of food for breakfast could be better. There is no kettle in the kitchen. Also, It's bit far from the city center. But you can reach it with public transport.

An excellent location, very comfortable, large room and extraordinarily clean, I have never seen so clean. Very close to Cornelia metro station, and 200 m from the bus station to Fiumicino. Overall we were pleased with the location, we recommend.

Very close to the boulevard, a little bit noisy after 11 o'clock and due to the fact that it was hot and we had to stay with the window open.

it was close to metrostation , nice and real restaurants, not the ones for tourists. There is big supermarket. The host is great and smiley. She explained us everything. The breakfast is simple but enough. i missed the fruits but it is ok. Near the building is a park for the kids

Breakfast included, great choices to choose from. Easily accessible from the airport - 2 min walk from the shuttle pick up and drop off point. Great restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again! :)

You can hear ambulance sirens quite often- that’s not on the accommodation provider of course!

The rooms are very clean. The location is very good. Metro station is so close and there is also bus station nearby. There are some markets like Eurospin 1 min to the room. The room is big enough.

Breakfast is good enough, but there could be a boiler.

The place is located in a great location, just outside the center, but is connected to the center and all important locations by subway and bus. The accommodation is excellent, the owner is very kind ... I will definitely rest in this location again and recommend it to my friends.
