Excellent location Breakfast very poor. Sitting uncomfortable. Menu poor, no fresh whole fruits Staff very good and helpful. Gabriel at the front desk very nice and professional. Inmaculatta the cleaning lady in our floor very professional and nice Reception staff helpful They found us two good restaurants close by that were excellent

Room was great!. Location was convenient and the street was very safe and nice to walk around at night. We stayed on the main streets however... Staff were very friendly and available 24 hours which is a great bonus.

Bathroom floor around toilet could have been cleaned better.

Excellent breakfast. Location is just perfect. Quiet centre. Not in the 'touristy' area and yet very close to the main attractions and, especially, park. Room was spacious and clean, reliable WiFi, very comfortable bed. Perfect temperature, we didn't need AC (it was there anyway). Rooftop bar is the best in Rome. Hotel staff was very helpful. Ice cream caffe on Via Veneto (5 min walk from the hotel)is the one to visit. I don't usually like ice cream but this one was just amazing. Seriously good hotel! Worth every penny

Nothing really

Hotel location, close to Spanish Steps and many historic sights, shops and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Roof terrace with amazing views, a special mention to the bar manager who was attentive and knowledgeable.

The room was a little dark, no mirror in bedroom and only CNN English-speaking tv channel. I requested a quiet room but were opposite the lift which was not ideal

Great staff, very friendly staff. My wife had an injury at the colloseum in rome, and it got infected. Anna Maria at the front desk helped us get a doctor who showed up within the hour at the hotel (€150) he gave her a prescription and we picked up the meds at the nearest pharmacy on the spot! Also Daniele at the bar was very friendly and helpful great service! Another thing if you stay here get the breakfast great spread very convenient. Beautiful hotel well maintained.

The hotel has a gorgeous view from the rooftop terrace. In addition multiple lounge areas. The staff were tremendously accommodating for large group-travelers, very friendly and helpful. They could all also speak english and the language barrier was small. The rooms were clean and spacious, with all needed amenities. The hotel has a central location, with walking distance to all sights. Over all a very pleasant experience and stay.

It would be wrong and unfair to say that there is much with the hotel for not to like, but to very picky: The breakfast was fine, although it could vary more. The hotel is in a beautiful older building, but it also means that you sometimes can hear whispering outside your room if the other guests speak loudly.

I really liked the reception staff. They had upgraded me to a larger room upon check-in at no extra charge. The room was spacious and the bed incredibly comfortable. Large bathroom. While there, I had an initial positive result on a Covid test and I had to be quarantined there in the hotel. Despite that they were fully booked for the upcoming NYE weekend and had to extend my stay, they were very kind and sympathetic in handling my situation according to their protocol. (I subsequently tested negative the next day with a PCR (false positive on the first test)) and could leave.

The Hotel does not serve lunch during the day (but that may be the custom in Rome), or maintain an all day room service, which in my particular situation, would have been helpful.

The rooms were spacious, the rooftop terrace amazing and the coffee divine. Your staff were wonderful.

I know it is an old building but the elevators were quite slow. This of course is really simply a first world problem but became a bit of an issue given that my father has mobility issues and so relied on them for moving around the hotel. It was particularly disappointing that on the day of our departure the elevator to the breakfast room was out of order meaning we could not go down for breakfast (which looked wonderful) without leaving my father by himself upstairs.

Everything was excellent. This hotel has very attentive staff in all its areas, at the reception, in the breakfast restaurant, etc. They always have a smile on their faces and are always ready to help. I want to highlight among all the people two in particular, Elena in the restaurant on the 6th floor and Maria in the cleaning staff, they were extremely kind and made us feel at home. Thanks girls and boys. Next time we're back in Rome, we'll be back.
