Sofitel Roma Villa Borghese

The hotel is beautifully decorated and laid out. The bedrooms are large and fully equipped. The staff are amazing, nothing was too much trouble.

The bedrooms need something to put suitcases on when unpacking. It is hiard work unpacking from the floor and putting suicases on the pristine white sheets on the bed would mark them.

great locating, super nice breakfast on the terrace with the few and amazing staff! We enjoyed our stay a lot.

At breakfast while the food was very good and staff very pleasant ,sometimes we got all of the order coming together,cereal,fruit and hot dish.

Breakfast was good. Breakfast staff were excellent. Concierge staff were excellent. Rooms were very nice!

The room 307 where we were in was nice but the hot water was barely hot and the bathroom rain shower made it impossible to have a shower. After a few complaints and the situation could not be resolved we asked for another room which was given..

The staff was very friendly and attentive. We also booked a guided tour through the concierge and we were very happy with the guide they recommended

It is very very clean property that i have ever seen and the house keeping is so quick and responsive to carry their daily cleaning duties

Though the property is fantastic in its aminities yet the rescepition by the staff was not up to the expectation from a hotel of 5 star at the meantime the farewell upon check out was also not to the expectations, No word of comeback again or looking forward to serve you again

A well positioned Hotel, just behind the Spanish Steps, very comfortable. It had a good Restaurant on the top floor of the hotel with fantastic panoramic views across the whole of Rome. The breakfast in the restaurant was excellent with very good service.

On our first night, we had our evening meal in the restaurant. The service was every poor. ie so slow I could of cooked it myself. It was totally different to breakfast. The food was o/k but but very expensive.

This is a very elegant and sophisticated hotel while being unpretentious with very friendly and super helpful staff. The interior design of the restaurant is amazing giving it a very feel good ambience and food. They have an excellent chef producing delicious food. Breakfast is a delight with an excellent variety on offer to start off the day. The hotel is conveniently located between the Spanish steps and the Via Veneto so lots of shops and restaurants in the vicinity.

The fact that I am not able to stay there forever!

We had an overall great experience at the Sofitel. The staff was amazing and the hotel was really clean and beautiful, as was our room. The bed was so comfortable and the aircon worked well.

Not a great view, just looking down on the street. Location, but that is honestly more of preference on our own part, as opposed to the hotel.Just make sure to do your research on where you plan to spend most of your time. The bonus was that we got a lot of steps in!
