Location was excellent. Canal views from the windows were lovely. Interior was charming with Venetian plaster and beam roof. Very clean and well prepared for guests.

The A/C unit was a mobile unit that was buried in the back of the storage closet… It did not have the proper hookup to vent out the hot air so just ducted it out through a partially opened window. The place stayed mostly cool with the windows open however mosquitoes would wander in at night leading to bug bites and no way to get air flow and keep sealed off completely from bugs. Also no cable TV as advertised just local channels.

Excellent location just minutes from the metro and a mini market and lovely bakery on the corner for breakfast … Had a lovely local Italian feel ! There was a lift which was a blessing with heavy suitcases and the room was well suited for four people sharing

The shower head needs cleaning or replacing as some of the water holes are blocked …. Also be aware that the check in hours are limited so no late night arrivals …

Really nice and safe place to stay. place was nice and quiet. I did a good map search of the outside of the property which made it easier to find. The host doesn’t speak English and I don’t speak Italian but she was easy enough to understand and was very kind.

The only faults were the towels and the pillows.. they really need new ones. My aircon didn’t seem to work either, But I had a window do made the most of it.

Close to Subway metro station, clean room, close to Colosseum and other touristic points. Quiet, you have keys for all entrance you re independent.

Room is not recently renovated but was OK for price paid. Breakfast is only a coffee or juice with a croissant or sandwich. Napkins on the table room would be nice to have

We liked the location and we liked how clean it was (compared to the city itself). We got more than we expected for the price we paid. Air conditioning was a life saver. Location is perfect, both metro lines and main train station is very close.

The receptionist did not speak english.

The location was great, with restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities nearby. The room was nice and clean and it got cleaned everyday. There is ussualy no one at the reception and you have to anounce your time of arrival before. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful woman upon arrival.

The entire experience of the art house was lovely, great room and great value for money and the area that it is situated in is lovely, would come back here in a heartbeat.

The air con in the room was very weak which made some evenings in the room a little uncomfortable temperature wise but wasn’t detrimental.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room is exactly what you need, very clean with a small fridge and a safe. Area is lovely and one metro stop away from Termini station. Despite being located in central Rome the street is very quite especially during the night. The manager allows you to keep your luggage in, after check out. Highly recommended!!!!!

The location is marvelous. Next to the Colosseum and a few steps away from a metro station, and quite good restaurants as well. Value for money was great!

The staff didn't speak English, so be prepared to talk in Italian. Also the bathroom could be a bit better.

It was located in a very quaint area. Loved the fact is was in walking distance to the Colosseum and popular other attractions. Great coffee shops close by. The central train station was also walking distance for convenience.

Room was a bit small but comfortable.
