H10 Palazzo Galla

You CANNOT beat the location as it is central to everything there is to see and do in Rome and a couple blocks from public transportation. Everyone was incredibly kind and prompt with their service. A special shout out to Jose, who made my stay at H10 Palazzo feel like home. There was always a warm greeting anytime I arrived or departed the hotel and I will be sure to stay at the H10 Palazzo on my next visit to Rome. DON'T MISS THE ROOFTOP AT SUNSET/SUNRISE. What a view. FOR BUSINESS TRAVELERS: The included Wi-Fi was exceptional as I had to take many ZOOM calls during my visit and the rooms were set up with proper desks and a strong connection to see this through. Highly recommend.

I am looking forward to their gym facilities opening to experience that on the next visit.

Location, location, location! 4-minute walk to Rome’s famous shopping street, 6-minute walk to the Trevi fountain, & 12-minute walk to the Colosseum! The staff made our stay to the Eternal City even more special by providing flowers & balloons to help celebrate our occasion.

I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like.

Location-wise is so good that you can walk to Colosseo, Pantheon, and Trevi Fountain in 10-15 mins. Everything in hotel is great and new. Breakfast menu is pretty good, offering different kind of food so you won’t get bored if you stay more than 1 night.

Far from metro. Rooftop bar is just a place you can order drinks from 1st floor bar, and watch the view. There is no actual bartender upstairs

The location was perfect—only about a 5 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain and several other beautiful sights in Rome. The rooftop view is amazing, as well! We loved enjoying an afternoon glass of wine up there. The staff was the other incredible part of this hotel. They were all so helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

I cannot say enough good things about this stay! I’ve stayed at a few different 4 and 5 stars in Rome and this was by far the best (better than the 5 star also). The location is amazing yet a quiet room. The rooftop has amazing views and the staff were so warm and attentive the whole stay. Highly recommend.

There is nothing, everything was great.

We stayed for 6 nights with family of 5, loved this hotel, the perfect location for visiting Rome in walking distance to all main landmarks, very professional yet super friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast experience and awesome view from roof garden. Nice style to rooms, immaculately clean and real comfortable bed👌 At breakfast, the waiter overheard my daughter celebrating our wedding anniversary and without saying anything arrived out a few minutes later with a sponge/fresh fruit cake and glasses of wine for our table, it was a lovely gesture and sums up the staff. ❤️

Limited range of drinks in small bar area, but bar staff are super helpful/friendly.

Couldn't want for a better loaction. An easy walking distance from most of Rome's attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. And the rooftop offered a fantastic spot to enjoy views of Rome. Having an espresso machine in the room also encouraged us to get out of the very comfortable bed!

great location with excellent air conditioning. clean hotel and rooms; this hotel has all the amenities. the included breakfast was amazing; hot breakfast (eggs, pancakes, cheese, meats, coffee) and big selection. their rooftop deck with service has great views. they made it easy to stay here.

Welcome at reception was warm and very helpful. A glass of prosecco added to the cheerful atmosphere. Advice on where to go, nearby restaurants, and what to expect in general was very helpful. Staff at every level were warm and welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, with an excellent buffet and good selection of prepared dishes a la carte. Room temperature was relatively easy to control. The bathroom was a good size and fixtures were excellent.

The room was expensive for its size. It felt a bit cramped at times. Breakfast, too, was expensive, even though it was consistently very good. The rooftop terrace was poorly developed. Sadly, it offers an opportunity to create a very nice space for drinks and socializing. Perhaps this is because it was February and quite chilly during our visit.
