It actually looks like the photos? the 3d render photos? which is nice! Sorry the only pic i took was a selfie in the mirror behind bathroom sliding door lol but it shows that the rooms are real lol i wasnt sure when i booked here. Bathroom was suuuuuuuuuuuuuper nice and clean. Room was clean. nice staff and the hotel in general was very clean, pretty and new looking.

beds were pretty hard. bit of noise outside since its on top of a pub. have to give them the room key every time we leave which felt weird but was ok because reception was always staffed. Shower flooded every time we showered, lifted off the cover and saw it was FULL of hair and stuff but whatever

The room was MUCh bigger than we expected for a European hotel. It was beautiful and clean. There was AC but please note that it does not go below 25 C. The staff is fantastic and set up a baby cot/crib for us before we arrived. It was similar to a Pack and Play but a little longer. The bed was the only king bed we had in Europe and it was fantastic! The bathroom is quite large too. It was very easy to walk from the Vaporetto (get off at the Rialto stop) to the hotel. It took 3 minutes. Just follow the map so you don't go up and back down the stairs near the Rialto, like we did. The Rialto is less than a minute walk away. We heard NO noise from the bar below, which we were a little worried about after reading reviews. My teens stayed in a room with 2 twin beds and it was HUGE, but strangely enough, there was no door on the shower. The water pressure was great and lots of hot water. There is an elevator but it's tiny so you may have to go up in shifts :) Overall, you will love the location, the staff, and the accommodations. We will definitely stay here again next time!

I would recommend hooks on the wall to hang things since this is minimal storage.

excellent location and very very pleasant and accommodating staff. was pleasantly surprised to have our room upgraded to a larger room. we were very happy they were willing to store our luggage on the morning of checkout, even allowing us to stow our shopping in our luggage at lunch time, enabling us to continue enjoying exploring venice until we eventually took our luggage at 5pm to catch our train back to milan. They even allowed us to use their extremely clean public wash room to freshen up before we left venice. Thoroughly enjoyed our short visit to venice because of our stay at Hotel Bartolomeo

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect .The room was beautiful, exceptionally clean. The staff were so friendly and the lady on reception so very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the ladies serving were very attentive and friendly. The location was perfect too with all the main attractions close by and yet it was away from the bustle. I would definitely recommend this hotel and definitely stay here again!

Nothing ! Don’t be put off by the 2 star rating …. it is way way better than that .I can only think it’s 2 stars as it’s quite a small hotel but it was gorgeous.

Location is fantastic! Right by St Marks Square and the main canal. There is a fab and popular bar right next to it but you do not get any sound from it. The room was gorgeous and they gave me a free upgrade, so clean and modern. I needed to iron some clothes and they set up a spacious ironing station for me, nothing was too much trouble. There are breakfast facilities but I did not opt for these. Staff were so helpful and friendly. The instructions to find the place were sent to me previously and communication was frequent, timely and clear. I would not hesitate to book here againl.

Can be difficult to find as Venice is like a maze but as I mentioned earlier the directions and map the hotel provide before your trip is brilliant.

Very clean and looked like a recently refurbished hotel with new fittings and furnishings, also very quiet for the centre of Venice . Staff were amazing and a special call out to Carolina on the front desk each day who was super helpful with helping us navigate Venice! Continental Breakfast was adequate for 10euros but nothing to rave about tea/coffee, croissants, cheese, cold meat, yogurts etc.

Not much wrong except that room was rather dark with only 2 small windows and aircon did not go lower than 24degrees

Great location and found easily with the help of Google Maps. Check in quick and easy. Rooms clean and modern and daily maid service although some of the room features were a bit strange. Like a dressing table with no mirror

The hotel does not provide an iron or allow you to use your own iron which when you have arrived in a stylish city like Venice with a case full of creased clothing was a major inconvenience

This was a lovely little hotel for our 2 night stay in Venice. Right in the centre of the City, perfect location. The hotel was nice and clean and you could see it had been refurbished recently. We were given a choice of two rooms which was a nice touch and were given complementary breakfast for the first morning as it was my partners birthday.

The bed! It was SO uncomfortable. Very hard & the pillows were very flat too. I also stated I wanted a double bed when they gave me the option too! But in both rooms that we had the choice of were two single beds put together, I was not overly pleased about this. The room was a tad small, but we could cope with that. The hotel is down some narrow side streets so you can get lost, luckily we didn't

24h is a very good. I needn’t worry about being back late. The room looks new and clean. The staff are really kind and friendly. There is a bar nearby (only 1 mins walk )so it is also good to live here with friends. Besides , there was no place to put my shampoo and body lotion at the showering place in the beginning and I myself didn’t care about such thing so I didn’t go to inform them. However, the second day when I came back I found they install a basket for putting shampoo. I think their team is really professional 😄
